After entering my 2020 E450, I got a display message that said "12V Battery. See Operator's Manual". Sent a quick note to Mitch Griffin thinking after 5 years a new battery was probably needed. He responded and after contacting RBM, Jordin Mendez was dispatched to my house. In about 20 minutes, the battery was replaced. Great job by Mitch, Jordin and my phone contact at RBM. I absolutely love the feel and performance of this suv. The electronics are state of the art. Excellent road performance in rain, snow or wind. My only complaint is the running board- it needs to be at least 1 inch wider. Actually dangerous in snow and ice.

I bought this vehicle is a retirement car. He moves great is responsive and very smooth. I wanted a retirement car for my retirement. I am 60 years old and I want that something that represent my current status with luxury interiors, beautiful blue color, and 20 inch wheels it is awesome looking. I can reach 70 in the blink of an eye any moves like it's going at 30 or 40 miles an hour. He has an awesome radio system. although it is not all digital, the radios are for listening. I have an excellent sound, System. Great interiors, great materials, great lighting if you're planning to buy a GLS the 450 is definitely one of your best choices.

I’ve had many Mercedes-Benz models over the years, including AMG’s and the GLS 450 a wheel drive with 23 inch wheels makes this car track like a race car. Out of all the Mercedes-Benz models this is the best one you’ve ever had. The second row seats reclining just like the front row seats privacy shades and the third row comes in handy when needed plenty of cargo space for all those trips to the airport to pick up family and friends. It gets great gas mileage then other SUVs and it doesn’t look like a box like it’s competition. I had the dealer put the Mercedes-Benz standup medallion on the hood even though it has a huge Mercedes-Benz insignia on the front. I just like to see the stand up Star medallion from the driver seat guide me down the road..

About two weeks ago, I found a Lexus RC 350 at CarGurus and I stopped by for some window shopping and ran into Lou, who was helping another customer at the time. Even though the showroom was busy, He took the time to greet me and reassured me that someone would be with me shortly. The ride is amazing! Handles like a dream! Loving the “Hey Mercedes” feature built into the car! No fussing with screens or buttons while in traffic or driving. Just say “Hey Mercedes” and the car will do many things with a voice command. It will even tell you a joke if you ask!
