I always have an interesting car. I recently bought an AMG SLS Gullwing Coupe from MBOB. The sales associate, Mike, was exceptional. I did not have the car inspected, since MA has an auto warranty requirement. When I received the car, it did have a small oil leak. I have to say, I was concerned, since anything on an AMG car is expensive. However, after corresponding with Stephen (MBOB Service Director) and Tim (General Manager) they were good on their word and they coordinated with MB of Tucson for a valve cover gasket replacement. The car is fabulous, its condition is now perfect, MBOB's response was great, and I would not hesitate to buy a six figure car from them again!

Saved on gas already and interior is great and seats are very comfy Mercedes app gives you a chance to start engine from a distance snd reminds you to lock car if you forget. I usually get SUVs or Trucks from American Brands. I wanted to get my self a really nice seadan. My buddy recommended me to go to Mercedes-Benz of Burlington before I go to any other luxury dealership. His recommendation was spot-on. Dealership is beautiful with a waterfall fountain plus a nice cafe. The staff is extremely accommodating. I met Collin Stankard valet who took me to TJ a sales associate. TJ was patient and helped me find the right car for my needs. Chris Caputo GSM took the time and found the proper numbers to make me happy because I like to haggle. Then I sat down with Steve Baker a finance manager me made the paperwork easy peasy. Elaine PC had an awesome delivery for me. I learned the ins and outs of the car. Tim Martino the GM was out on vacation but made sure that everything was done properly and I was treated like a VIP. My father was in the car industry. I know the games and gimmicks the people like to run. I'm extremely happy that I only had to go to one place and had a great experience. I'm now part of the mbob family.

It’s been a great month of getting to know my new vehicle! I waited 12 weeks from the date of order to pick up my new 2023 GLC, and it was definitely worth the wait! I selected the Exclusive trim, Driver Assistance and AMG Line packages with several add-ons, and I could not be happier. My previous car was a fully loaded 2019 GLC 300, and it was unfortunately totaled in early February on a road trip. My first one was the favorite car I had ever owned and it kept us so safe during our accident, so I knew I wanted a second one. I did not realize I would have to wait so long to get a new one but I am happy I did not settle for anything else. The drive is sporty and smooth, and very quiet. It has a slight hesitation from a full stop. Once you take off it picks up very quickly and sport mode on the freeway is great. The upgraded electronics have been easy for me to understand after I read through the owners manual. One recommendation I have is to turn off the automatic speed change if you are using cruise control and happen to go through a construction zone. The cameras pick up the sign and slows the car down very quickly. I prefer to adjust to those situations manually. The car feels a bit bigger and is so attractive and comfortable. It feels much more luxurious than my 2019 did, and in my opinion the upgrades are worth the price. I absolutely love this car! Happy Shopping!

Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

My wife needs to retire her car. We are looking at three brands and this was our first stop. We spoke to Brockton and he made it a great experience. If she decides on the Mercedes we will be back.

Just got the 2023 gla 250 4matic. It’s good looking inside and out and drives very well, comfortable and sporty in perfect combination. My only knock would be the front seats seem a little small. You have to do a lot of option thinking to get exactly what you want and are willing to pay for but otherwise a good value.

Went to 3 other dealers before being reccomend to matt Harris and knew instantly it was our last stop. We has been treated like xxxx at the other dealers. 1 lied to us and another told us he would not replace bald tires on a 2 year old luxury vehicle. Love my GLB! Feel like its stands for "Great Lil Benz." :) Drives more like an SUV than a car and that's what I wanted. There is more cargo space due to the square-ish boot. Dynamic mode gives you everything from Econo to Sport. The dash is beautiful, the ride is excellent and the price is fantastic. A win all the way around.

The car buying process at European Engineering was an easy and enjoyable process. The saleman (Dennis) was very helpful and a down to earth guy, not a sleazy salesman whose trying to get rid of the car. In addition to the great salesman, their willingness to accomodate and work with the customer is unparalelled with any other dealer I’ve been to. While looking iver the car throoughly, Dennis was there the whole time tk answer any questions I had as well. The test drive route Dennis knew was also a thorough route that really allowed me to get to know the car. The car itself was in fantastic condition and was reasonably priced, so you’re not going to pay too much for what you’re looking at. Lastly, when picking up the car and completing all the paperwork, it’s a straightforward process with no hidden or surprise fees, very simple. Overall, I’d highly recommend this dealer to anyone interested in used European cars as they’re just a fantastic dealer to work with.

Truly great car driven it 20k miles over the year, no issues whatsoever (with proper maintenance of course). It gets Great gas mileage, some trips up to 28MPG!

I have driven an S Class Mercedes since 1995. I have not owned anything else. This 2023 S 580 4matic is amazing. With four wheel steering, turns are tighter than you predict. The performance is more than I can handle today and more than adequate. Interior, comfort and exterior are all within my normal Mercedes expectations. After driving this vehicle for 30 years, I am not sure I can accept LESS. Most any vehicle is accepting LESS. I also own a 2020 Range Rover Sport supercharged V8. Just as impressive but not as comfortable. The S Class is what all other vehicle manufacturers are typically chasing to "meet". I have test driven many comparable cars, but none worth buying.

Sporty and luxurious! Drives like a sports car but feels comfortable at the same time. Great car for the family as well. Tech is great also.

I bought my car at this dealership a number of years ago..And coincidentally, I had a flat tire happen to me right around the corner from them. They replaced the two front tires (worn enough to merit requiring when changing one we needed to change the other). The process was quick. And while they needed to receive the right tires overnight they also cleaned the car quite thoroughly. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Car rides very smoothly. Car is easy to drive and we love that interacts with us. Car is very comfortable and sturdy. We love the that it receives verbal commands and executed them.
