He then introduced me to Willie back in the finance room who worked with me to get the things I wanted for my new cars warranty. If you need a new vehicle I would suggest getting to San Marcos Toyota and asking for Roger!

Had the best sales experience I?ve ever experienced with Sharon as my sales advisor. From the greeting to the entire day?s process, she addressed every question and concern, which made me completely comfortable with my decision to trade and make a purchase. She was very informative, welcomed interaction, and allowed me to get behind the wheel to ensure I made the best decision. I loved that she didn?t use pressure-sales tactics and simply provided the necessary detailed information and options and guided me through the ( what seemed like) effortless transaction. My finance officer was very efficient and didn?t attempt to hold me in protracted conversations about all of the service plans after I told him which ones I only wanted. The car detail specialist named Daniel did an absolutely amazing job with waxing the car after water spots were noticed. Over all, I am extremely pleased with my experience and would recommend MB of Boerne and my Sales Advisor, Sharon to anyone in the market or just considering buying a new.car!

Scott Grumbly and Derek Ayton are the best service professionals I've ever met. Scott, the service manager, oversaw the administrative process and Derek was the technical expert. Both of these guys have handled two visits for me, provided excellent advice and service, and were hugely helpful. I'll go out of my way to visit this service department because I'm confident in their service and support.

Garrett Rose and the sales manager were great better that expected. I was only at the dealership for about an hour for a car purchase. The last time I bought a car at a different dealership I spent a half a day, I should brought my lunch with me. MB at St. George was very clean and well organized.

In Spring 2021 we bought a used 2015 F150 Lariat from Mike Mauer. The service was great. Mike was very proactive, provided detailed relevant information, and worked to get great financing for us. All the people we worked with there were cheerful and helpful. A good buying experience and we would go back again and have referred other friends we know to Bickford Ford.

After 40 years of driving pick-up trucks,we decided to try one of these and we are stoked. It handles great , gets great gas milege holds alot of cargo and is comfortabe to drive. Henry was responsive. However, the car I was interested in, he couldn’t find on the lot. Apparently, the dealer used the car for a loaner. I ended up buying another Audi q5 from CarMax.
