It’s been a great month of getting to know my new vehicle! I waited 12 weeks from the date of order to pick up my new 2023 GLC, and it was definitely worth the wait! I selected the Exclusive trim, Driver Assistance and AMG Line packages with several add-ons, and I could not be happier. My previous car was a fully loaded 2019 GLC 300, and it was unfortunately totaled in early February on a road trip. My first one was the favorite car I had ever owned and it kept us so safe during our accident, so I knew I wanted a second one. I did not realize I would have to wait so long to get a new one but I am happy I did not settle for anything else. The drive is sporty and smooth, and very quiet. It has a slight hesitation from a full stop. Once you take off it picks up very quickly and sport mode on the freeway is great. The upgraded electronics have been easy for me to understand after I read through the owners manual. One recommendation I have is to turn off the automatic speed change if you are using cruise control and happen to go through a construction zone. The cameras pick up the sign and slows the car down very quickly. I prefer to adjust to those situations manually. The car feels a bit bigger and is so attractive and comfortable. It feels much more luxurious than my 2019 did, and in my opinion the upgrades are worth the price. I absolutely love this car! Happy Shopping!

I bought this car brand spanking new with 7 miles in it from Mercedes, during Covid where there was literally none around .. I bought the night package 2021 but I’d was in may I believe of 2020.. regardless, I e never had one issue with this car ever… love it..

Great car, terrible dealers and maintenance costs. I have had two GLA vehicles, a 2016 GLA45 AMG and this one a 2018 GLA 250 AWD. I have a love-hate relationship. The car itself is really enjoyable and the 208hp dual clutch drive train is nearly perfect in my mind for sporty but efficient driving. It has good acceleration, little to no lag and I can consistently hit the high 30’s for mileage in the mountains of Colorado. I have gotten 38mpg over a 250 mile trip. It is mid 20’s around town which is good because you need premium gas. The storage areas are small-ish and funky but doable and has two USB ports in the center console with no grooves for the cables but they will pass through. I recommend blind spot detection as a must because the side mirrors have a large blind spot you cannot dial out. The car runs very smoothly, absorbs bumps well and decent sound proofing for this size. The power lift gates, keyless doors on all four doors just touching the handles is perhaps my favorite comfort feature. It drives like a car so if you like high SUV seating positions this is not for you. Air works great, electronics are kind of odd for 2018 so having Apple Car Play is a must in my mind if you are buying used. I really love the car for it’s details, lovely interior and performance and can recommend it to others based on those things. The huge negative for Mercedes is they are hands down the worst dealerships and I interacted with three. They do all the classic dealer tricks and the maintenance costs on a car running perfectly fine will make you bleed. An A service (odd years) was $933.00 and they wisely will not tell you that till you show up. Shop around as another dealer was only about 60% of that. I just replaced a dead battery today and it was $639.00 and done in less than an hour. I would go to an independent shop for half price maintenance unless a warranty item (I have extended/CPO). In the end this makes me give up on Mercedes. Cars are wonderfully engineered and truly enjoyable and look great but dealers and everything associated suck. Yeah, I know there are probably good ones and if you don’t mind a siphon in your wallet and typical dealer tricks then you will love them and they will love you. So, 100% recommend the car and a 100% thumbs down on the dealers. Research yours carefully and if good or if you can go to an independent then jump on the car if you like sporty, elegant and fun.

Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

I recently purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue SV with only 12,000 miles through IMOTO, and the experience was unlike any car buying process I’ve ever had — in the best possible way. At first, I was hesitant. The concept is unique: you connect with IMOTO on your computer while they share their screen and give you access to thousands of vehicles available at auction. You select the car you want, set your maximum price, and they attempt to purchase it for you. If successful, they add a flat $3,500 fee plus a very low $199 dealer fee — no hidden costs, no complicated add-ons. What impressed me most is that their fee is the same whether you’re buying a $10k car or an $80k car, making the pricing structure transparent and fair compared to traditional dealers. Even though IMOTO also keeps about 80 cars on their physical lot in Walpole, the real advantage is the huge online selection that changes daily. If you don’t win the auction or the car goes past your budget, you can simply try again the next day with a new option. I’ll admit I was skeptical about wiring money and just waiting for a car to show up. Some online reviews raised similar concerns, so I voiced this to my salesperson, Jordan. To my surprise, the CEO, Philip, personally called me to explain the process and address my concerns. He even offered to buy the car first, have it shipped and detailed, and let me pay upon delivery if I was satisfied. That level of trust sealed the deal for me. My wife and I chose the Rogue, and within five days — over Labor Day weekend, no less — the car was delivered to my driveway in New Hampshire. Getting a newer, higher-trim Rogue at this price felt like an absolute win, and it confirmed for me that IMOTO’s model really does save buyers money. I have never owned a Mercedes-Benz I’ve always owned a BMW. I have to say I really love this vehicle. It rides smooth, the seats are very comfortable, it has so many functions for a 2010, I was extremely surprised. The color of the vehicle was listed as arctic white however it’s more of a cream color vehicle. If I could change the color I most likely would. But it’s still very beautiful. The vehicle only had 13,562 miles. The interior looks and smells brand new. The exterior is extremely designed well. It’s a beautiful car. I’ve only driven it one day because I’ve only had it one day. As time goes on I will then be able to make an accurate review. My younger sister will purchase my vehicle if I choose to sell.

Awesome power, incredible braking, unbelievable handling and a fantastic exhaust note!!!! This car is absolutely amazing! The interior is gorgeous and the seats are incredibly comfortable. The Burmeister sound system is terrific. I never want to get out of the car. If you can’t ever seem to get enough power, it’s worth the money to get the SL63’s engine over the SL55. The extra 100+ horsepower gives you an experience you won’t believe.

This car should be classified as an “exotic”. The S550 Coupe is by far the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Well, our 2008 S63 AMG was a monster, but very heavy. The ride is harsher than expected over rough roads, but it isn’t close to a deal killer. The interior is perfect, but the controls were clunky at first….until you get used to it.

I purchased a Glk350 new in 2011, picking it up in Germany on overseas delivery. I have purchased at least 30 new cars, domestic and foreign, during my 75 years and THIS has been by far the best. I believe MB bult the original with a very specific aim for a premium product, unlike some of the other small vehicles they produce. I still own the car and am reluctant to buy another vehicle because this one has been bulletproof. No squeaks or rattles. 100% reliable for the 85,000 miles driven, with only regular maintenance (and I have performed most of it including oil and filter changes and even spark plugs and igniters). Performed all regular maintenace as scheduled. Comfortable, reasonably quiet, very stable, handles well and fast for a small SUV. Opted for the HK sound system and it is VERY good. Beautiful audiophile sound, no bass ramp up or distortion. Paint is still immaculate even with Florida sun. Interior has held up well with the exception of a tear on the driver's seat for which an OE replacement cover is readily available online. Only possible criticisms: Back seat legroom is not great for large adults, otherwise adequate and comfortable; uses premium fuel and gets about 23 mpg ave for me, but I drive less than 10,000 miles a year, so no issue; and transmission fluid change which was changed on the original schedule to 40,000 miles was somewhat expensive, but I did get a $200 coupon which offset half of it. For a small SUV it handles great and seems built like a tank. Truly like a more modern but small G wagon.

This car is all that I expected and much more. Awesome choice. It rides so smooth and so quite and relaxing. No outside noise. Just cruising the highway.

The finance manager was helpful and worked with us to assure we were happy with the extended warranty. Service for my other Jeep has been quick an easy. Bought my 2nd BMW from avon auto brokers, they got me a great finance rate/ and the staff was amazing. they alway have a great inventory of vehicles.

The GL450 is a roomy vehicle with a usable 3rd row that quickly folds away flush into the floor for spacious cargo room. The car is stable on smooth roads and comfortable, potholes, man-hole covers and other obstacles in the road can cause the suspension to jump around a little more than expected...the rear will jump over a few inches one way or another, but overall it drives well. Acceleration isn't what it used to be with the larger twin turbo V-8, but it's still very respectable. The biggest advantage and worth the trade-off is the much improved fuel economy. Front seating is sufficient, not spectacular though...I've take a few 700 plus mile trips and I'm happy with the comfort level, just wish the front seat bases could tilt a little higher in the front. Gauges and instruments and radio are easy to use and fall within reach...the temperature controls could be a little more modern for a 2016 instead of the rotary dial...but they work. NOT a fan of the transmission shifting on the column...it frees up the center console, but it's easy to confuse early on with blinkers, wipers, etc. The seats are heated but at this price, they should also be ventilated/cooled. I haven't had it long enough for reliability, but from what I've read it's decent. Towing capacity is 7500#...I have not tried that yet, but would think that's a little more than an SUV this size should be towing...my intentions will be much smaller adventure trailers and possibly a boat, but no large car haulers even though they may fall within or under 7500#. I'm looking forward to this car as it's my first Mercedes, a departure from our Audi and BMW stable of cars we own and have owned in the past.

Speaking with Corbin at length on their shop floor, it is evident that his expertise extends far beyond the realm of late model exotics, and is backed by contacts and experience with some of the finest classic and exotic names in the northeast. Negotiation on price and terms was a breath of fresh air. Very straight forward, and resolved within a matter of minutes without pretense to very fair terms, having been searching in the market for the past year with a more intensive focus the past six months. Jonathan also put forth the extra effort to locate and secure some invaluable original documents and historic records for the car, which was a most welcome surprise on the day that we closed the deal after a successful PPI. Bob made the deal easy, quick, handling all aspects proactively. To all of them, that I am thankful. I wish the McLaren Boston group much success in the coming years.
