I have a 2018 E400 Cabriolet. It is a great car. We use this car for the summer and for driving vacations. Mileage is very good,30mpg on the highway. Can not stress the comfort enough great road car, smooth ride, quiet, great handling, and cornering. Very nice styling and beautiful interior great sound system, heads up display, virtual dash is customizable with many options. A real pleasure to own and drive. a pleasure to drive.

I have to say that this has been the best car buying experience ever! I went in and my sales consultant, Nakia Scott, was very friendly and patient. Even before I got there, she was very helpful over the phone. The car selection was just great. The quality of cars there is unbeatable. Every car has a perfect Carfax as well. The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!

I have had 3 of these over the past 18 years, the most recent being for the past 8. Same model - E350 4Matic. This model is solid! Before I purchased my first E350, I checked with Consumer Reports on reliability, cost of ownership,etc. This car came out as RECOMMENDED and it does not disappoint! I'm sorry if people who have reviewed this car negatively have done so based on limited personal experience. But as a long time E350 owner, I can tell you if you take care of this vehicle, it will love you back. I have had VERY LITTLE go wrong with my cars, so the 'high cost of ownership' just does not come into play if you do what you are supposed to do while owning it.

I am a senior citizen and I want to feel secure while driving, and the SUV gives me that. I am on the short side so getting in and out was a new experience for me, but I learned how to manage it. Once, I found the seat setting the visibility is exceptionally good. It handles nicely on the road with quick pick-up, and the gas mileage is about average.

What can I say besides that I am very pleased with the service I received here!! PHENOMENAL STAFF. If I needed to buy another car tomorrow, I would go here immediately even though it's an hour drive from my house. Now, I know what you might be curious, why such a glowing review...well here is my background. This is the third car I have purchased in the span of 3 years (it's okay to Judge, I know I am a mess). I bought my first two cars at "no haggle" car dealerships in the Exton/Downingtown area. While I loved those vehicles, the experience I had with my salesmen at those dealerships was stress inducing and frustrating. You may be familiar with this feeling. Stepping into a dealership and feeling like vulnerable prey in the middle of a jungle of hungry predators. This was NOT AT ALL the case with the folks at Morgan Automotive. Bottom line, they cared. Not about selling and pushing me into buying a car that I wasn't sure if I wanted. They cared about me, and whether or not their vehicle options fit what I was looking for. I am a 22-year-old woman and I am weary business professionals that use lying as a sales tactic. Questionable morals are not something to fear from the staff at Morgan Automotive. I directly worked with Mark Brullo to purchase my vehicle but enjoyed meeting many other friendly staff members during my visit. Mark went the extra mile to help me receive the best financing possible with my unique financial situation and went to the trouble of calling MANY credit unions until someone could meet my needs. We bought this car for my wife in 2020 at the edge of the pandemic. It had 55K km at the time and we now have 190K km. We have done the usual necessary maintenance services and it has been excellent and still is a great car for the value. I love it and particularly enjoy the diesel economical driving. Too bad Mercedes stopped making it.

This SUV looks very cute, drives extremely well, highly maneuverable, very stable, and is easy to park anywhere. Its interior is fabulous. It remains stable in cross winds and in tight corners.

I love my GLB but two months and ten days, after the purchase, the engine needed a repair which was covered by the warranty. However, we were planning a lengthy trip and was thankful this did not occur while we were a few thousand miles from home. Me and My Mercedes are still trying to figure our communication out. I prefer Waz or Google Maps to their GPS system. Advance notifications of turns and such are better. Other than these issues I love driving her, Gilby.

I have driven only American cars since 2006, they normally come with lots of bells and whistles, so it was funny to see an ash tray and CD player in the vehicle. I like the way the car handles. It is smooth to drive and comfortable. Not too big and not too small.

I’ve had my share of crap with dealerships. I had the pleasure of working with a very patient knowledgeable salesman “John” at this location. He helped me locate the vehicle I wanted in a timely manner. It arrived and was taken care of the entire process. I received fair market value for my trade. There was no need to haggle just sign and drive. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a quality used car. This vehicle is almost new. That’s because carmax cares about what they sell. If you know your price ahead of time this is your place. They got me out the door in less than 2 hrs. Those of you who have purchased cars that could be an all day affair. Everyone was friendly . I can’t say enough good things. There’s no dealership that could compare to carmax. This place met my expectations.

My only complaint is that the vehicle comes with run flat tires and no spare. The run flat tires don't allow for the best ride, but when it comes to everything else, the GLB is very good.

I leased two 2020 Glc 350e, one for me and one for my son. We found almost immediately that his was a lemon. It broke down constantly with the message reading “pull over and turn off engine immediately”. After several months in and out of MB repair we hired an attorney and MB bought the car back as a lemon. Then i started to get the yellow “watering can” icon on my dashboard with about 2k miles on the clock and we thought mine was also a lemon. After three separate weeks in repair at MB a technician was finally able to fix the problem. Now at 14,600 miles and so far no other problems. I actually love driving this car and seriously considering buying at lease end in August.

Having never owned a Mercedes-Benz before, I really had no idea what to expect. I am pleased to announce that, while having only owned it for two days, I am completely in love with this little SUV. Some of the controls are a little quirky compared to the 2020 Lincoln Corsair that preceded it, but I'm learning quickly and feeling more comfortable and confident with every mile!

The 2008 Mercedes ML63 AMG is a comfortable and reliable vehicle. It's the best SUV I ever owned. The power of the 6.3 liter engine is exhilarating. I highly recommend this model. Even in today's suv market it outperforms other vehicles. A+++
