The place is busy yet organized. Dale was knowledgeable and helpful. I didn?t feel pressured. I left with a newer car and have been contacted since to see if I had any questions or concerns. Great driving and solid car. I especially love the handling and ride for cruising the beach. When the twin turbo hits you with that boost she is fun to drive. I have had 3 of these over the past 18 years, the most recent being for the past 8. Same model - E350 4Matic. This model is solid! Before I purchased my first E350, I checked with Consumer Reports on reliability, cost of ownership,etc. This car came out as RECOMMENDED and it does not disappoint! I'm sorry if people who have reviewed this car negatively have done so based on limited personal experience. But as a long time E350 owner, I can tell you if you take care of this vehicle, it will love you back. I have had VERY LITTLE go wrong with my cars, so the 'high cost of ownership' just does not come into play if you do what you are supposed to do while owning it.

This SUV looks very cute, drives extremely well, highly maneuverable, very stable, and is easy to park anywhere. Its interior is fabulous. It remains stable in cross winds and in tight corners.

Great car, terrible dealers and maintenance costs. I have had two GLA vehicles, a 2016 GLA45 AMG and this one a 2018 GLA 250 AWD. I have a love-hate relationship. The car itself is really enjoyable and the 208hp dual clutch drive train is nearly perfect in my mind for sporty but efficient driving. It has good acceleration, little to no lag and I can consistently hit the high 30’s for mileage in the mountains of Colorado. I have gotten 38mpg over a 250 mile trip. It is mid 20’s around town which is good because you need premium gas. The storage areas are small-ish and funky but doable and has two USB ports in the center console with no grooves for the cables but they will pass through. I recommend blind spot detection as a must because the side mirrors have a large blind spot you cannot dial out. The car runs very smoothly, absorbs bumps well and decent sound proofing for this size. The power lift gates, keyless doors on all four doors just touching the handles is perhaps my favorite comfort feature. It drives like a car so if you like high SUV seating positions this is not for you. Air works great, electronics are kind of odd for 2018 so having Apple Car Play is a must in my mind if you are buying used. I really love the car for it’s details, lovely interior and performance and can recommend it to others based on those things. The huge negative for Mercedes is they are hands down the worst dealerships and I interacted with three. They do all the classic dealer tricks and the maintenance costs on a car running perfectly fine will make you bleed. An A service (odd years) was $933.00 and they wisely will not tell you that till you show up. Shop around as another dealer was only about 60% of that. I just replaced a dead battery today and it was $639.00 and done in less than an hour. I would go to an independent shop for half price maintenance unless a warranty item (I have extended/CPO). In the end this makes me give up on Mercedes. Cars are wonderfully engineered and truly enjoyable and look great but dealers and everything associated suck. Yeah, I know there are probably good ones and if you don’t mind a siphon in your wallet and typical dealer tricks then you will love them and they will love you. So, 100% recommend the car and a 100% thumbs down on the dealers. Research yours carefully and if good or if you can go to an independent then jump on the car if you like sporty, elegant and fun.

I love my GLB but two months and ten days, after the purchase, the engine needed a repair which was covered by the warranty. However, we were planning a lengthy trip and was thankful this did not occur while we were a few thousand miles from home. Me and My Mercedes are still trying to figure our communication out. I prefer Waz or Google Maps to their GPS system. Advance notifications of turns and such are better. Other than these issues I love driving her, Gilby.

I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

Service writer Laura was excellent. That's all that was excellellent. Came in for oil change and asked to have tires set to 32lbs. Fr was set to 47lbs, FL was set to 38lbs,, blwas set to 35lbs, and br was set to37lbs. This type of service from a dealership is pathetic. Bought car there in August at that time tag light was hanging out, broken. They said it would be replaced but on Friday they made me pay $145. Please contact me to rectify.

I must say when I first purchased the vehicle it handled very smoothly now when I took it to get the smoke smell out it drive like the new parts were taken out so I have to take it back to the dealership and get another car and have it inspected. Which I love Carvana I’m going to get my car from them because I had a larger suv and it’s been great on gas and insurance as well.

Saved on gas already and interior is great and seats are very comfy Mercedes app gives you a chance to start engine from a distance snd reminds you to lock car if you forget. Verbal commands to Mercedes makes calling folks if changing stations real easy

I love my car. The tech in is car is ridiculous. I makes it seem your driving a spaceship(dad's words) with the two 10ich screen in the front. The feature set complements the car as well. With different mode to boot. I could be any happier with my purchase.

I love the car so far but I’ve only had it for two weeks. I had a 2015 Equinox before getting the GLB250. I looked at the GLA and GLC, as well as other manufacturers, but really liked the GLB. I must say I was smitten with Mercedes-Benz and always wanted to own one. So my thought process was rather jaded. I got the AMG package that offered a few other options that I like as well. I was concerned about it only being a inline 4 instead of a V6 but it seems to have the pickup and drive to soften that concern. The only thing that is stupid is the easy exit seat. It does not function as to what your definition of easy exit would be. Other vehicles have what I would consider easy exit. This vehicle does not. Even the sales associate was dumbfounded by it.

I worked with John to lease a new Mercedes Benz GLS 450 and the process was so easy and seamless. I traded mine in after 19000 miles for one reason, the run flat tires. they are $300 a piece and last 15000 miles. They might be an option, if you don’t mind putting new and expensive tires on every year but they don’t perform in snow after 5000. They don’t perform great when new to be honest, just better in snow with more tread. I loved the car, but living in hilly, snowy Pennsylvania, it just wasn’t practical. Think twice if you drive in snow or rough roads or just don’t feel like getting new expensive tires every year
