This is a great car!!! We are very happy with car, we have taken this on a few road trips to PA and back from IN and to VA and back. We like the comfort on this, the only draw back was the back seat is not very roomy for tall teenagers, but we've had this a long time and if fit two car seats very comfortably. I call this my old lady car, because when I am too old to get up into my Jeep, I am going to have this car for putting around.

Early SYNC system is a plus, ride is taut on 18" wheels. Corners great & stout 3.5L V6. This car checks all the boxes for me, not the least of which is my wife loves it.

2.5 years ago I hit a deer. With no headlight, they worked me in and took excellent care of getting my truck repaired and back to me. Recently my A/C stopped working. The condenser had failed. The condenser sits next to the radiator and had been replaced during the repair. They again replaced it at no cost to me, way past the one year mark. I am impressed with their integrity.

My 2004 Mercury Sable gs was bought by my grandma back in 2004 and was passed down to me once I got my license. I will say that it is a very stereotypical grandma car but other than that it’s amazing. It handles great and gets great gas mileage, except for when driving at highway speed the wind does blow the car around the lane. The leather seats are very comfy and the heater heats up fast in the winter and the stereo good quality. For having 139,000+ miles on it, it keeps chugging on. There is no rust at all and it has really taken a beating in the past 7 years that the car has been in my parents possession. Overall the car is amazing and will drive it till it dies, and I don’t think it’ll die any time soon.

our salesman, Steve T. treated us great. We stopped to look at a vehicle that was online. We briefly looked at that vehicle and didn't want it. After telling Steve exactly what we wanted, he searched the entire inventory and found a truck that had just come in in trade. We also talked to Joe and Dave during our purchase process. I got a 2001 Mercury Sable GS that just turned to 320,000 miles on it, only thing I ever had to replace was the alternator bout 7 years back, starter 3 years back and radiator a year ago but thats because a Turkey vulture smashed into it. Other than that it putters along amazingly, very controllable and useful. It doesn't give up and I'm hoping it will take me farther, my goal for it is to get to 400,000. I bout it for 600 from a friend, best 600 dollars of my life, that was years ago.

This car is awesome with the sync and navigation system! It rides really smooth and us uber quiet. The gas mileage is good too. Plenty of room on the inside and in the trunk. Makes me look forward to my daily commute. If you are in the market for a large, affordable luxurious car, then get one of these!

"Honest" is a great place to buy a used car. Not only were they honest; they were friendly, professional and put no pressure on me at all.

I bought a used 01 Sable and had it more than 1.5 years. It was a good reliable car to me with excellent smooth riding. I had to change some parts during this time but all of those were regular maintenance every car goes through such as oil change, engine tune up at 100k miles, rear brake. I did not have any major issue with using it and I feel it was worth of what I paid for this.

Great for road trips! In less than 2 years I drove from Iowa to California to Idaho to South Dakota without a car problem. Good mileage, too.
