We had a great experience with Eide Ford! We are not local. Lacey was quick to respond to all messages I sent with questions. We were nervous arriving to pick up our vehicle, but the experience was great. Price was as expected. No extras were pushed on us. Vehicle was exactly as described. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The only issues I have had with is vehicle are the interior door handles and a front wheel bearing. The bearing starting showing its age around 180k. I haven't changed the plugs, but the car still runs fine. Mechanically speaking, the car is worth the money, has not let me down yet. But I do keep the fluids changed the regular. I only abused it once, it does reach 120mph, but I do not reccomend this, it's not a sports car. Comfort wise, the seat padding goes soft after about 70k. No big deal.

Purchased this car from dealer in 2007 as no one wanted a manual transmission except me. This car drove well and I had no problems other than usual wear and tear. Car was detailed prior to sale and looks as good as new.

This car is has plenty of legroom and is very comfortable. It was a large trunk, and the back seats fold down to allow even large objects to fit. It has been extremely reliable.

The 2003 Grand Marquis is my first car I have owned. I can honestly say that it is a phenomenal car. It is quite comfortable and, to quote one of my friends, "god xxxx that car hauls' xxx".

I got a 2001 Mercury Sable GS that just turned to 320,000 miles on it, only thing I ever had to replace was the alternator bout 7 years back, starter 3 years back and radiator a year ago but thats because a Turkey vulture smashed into it. Other than that it putters along amazingly, very controllable and useful. It doesn't give up and I'm hoping it will take me farther, my goal for it is to get to 400,000. I bout it for 600 from a friend, best 600 dollars of my life, that was years ago.

So I just bought a used 2010 Mercury Mountaineer, with a restored salvage title. Typically I do not buy vehicles that don’t have a clean title. Obviously this vehicle was in an accident, and restored. I test drove the vehicle twice before deciding to buy it. I have to say there are a few quirks I have to work out of the system, but the engine and transmission is solid! With just over 100k miles this vehicle is by far one of the cleanest vehicles I have ever bought used, inside and out. I upgraded from an 03 Ford Ranger that had the 2.3L engine 5 speed manual. I wanted something automatic and with more HP. The Mountaineer doesn’t disappoint. For $4,500 I feel this vehicle was a smart purchase even if I have to put some time and money into fixing the weird quirks. I wish there was a way to submit pictures in this review to show just how clean this vehicle is. I would not hesitate on buying another one.

This is a great car!!! We are very happy with car, we have taken this on a few road trips to PA and back from IN and to VA and back. We like the comfort on this, the only draw back was the back seat is not very roomy for tall teenagers, but we've had this a long time and if fit two car seats very comfortably. I call this my old lady car, because when I am too old to get up into my Jeep, I am going to have this car for putting around.

Due to a catastrophic engine failure on the mid-sized 4DR Sedan/hatchback I was driving, I made a crisi$ purchase of a 2008 Mariner in Jan 2019. The price was low, as it would soon need all new tires, new front brake pads & rotors, as well as both front steering control arms w/ball joints replaced, and, an alignment, of course, AND it had 239,ooo miles on that CD4E transmission. But inside was clean, and I was on a limited budget, and this car left me with some cash in hand for parts, and it would carry the stuff I need for work. So, I spent a weekend rolling around on the garage floor, replacing all the hard parts, got some good rubber on it, and paid for an alignment to get it driving straight: 25 months/25,ooo miles later, that V-6 is still going pretty strong, starts well in subzero (F) cold, and the transmission is still hanging in there, too! Runs pretty quiet: have to watch my speed! Just wish the upper display worked: if I bump the radio channel button, it takes a while to get back to my station!

Fun to drive, car like handling, great flexible interior. We just love it, after 160000 on it it still runs well. It had some repairs, but amusingly it's original muffler is still there, the brakes were serviced only once. The least reliable side appeared to be electrical - rear view wiper, minor troubles with the door locks and front wipers. We did not have any major mechanical problems. I would estimate that all repairs costed me less than 3000 over the years. We consider a bench in a second row as an advantage we can not get from today's vans, as well as open-able rear view window - it helps a lot for hauling long things, like boards from Home Depot. Even in Minnesota we got just a few spots of rust after 15 years. If this van would be still on a market, we would buy it right away with no doubts at all. Unfortunately, they are mostly over-sized for us, or too small, like Mazda-5, and nothing in between. On a negative I would mention wind noise at higher speeds, so-so radio. It was purchased 2 years old having 18k on odometer for $17k -isn't that a value after all these years?
