I love everything about this car! Except the CVT system. It's giving me problems now. Go back to old transmission!! Love these cars though! The CVT tends to break down alot faster than the older normal geared transmissions.

Purchased a 2021 sedan premium plus turbo AWD in 2022 with 11,000 miles. THE BAD: At 17,000 miles I discovered the front end would wobble when I applied the brakes. I was told by the dealer that I needed front and rear rotors and that the cost would be $1,000. When I asked why I needed brakes at only 17K miles I was told it was because the rotors must have gotten wet when I drove through a puddle when they were hot. Really? He obviously thought I was an idiot. It ended up costing me $600 to have a local shop do the work including an upgrade on the quality of the original factory rotors and pads. At 29,000 miles the car left me stranded in a parking lot when the battery died. A replacement battery cost me $280. At 30,000 miles the original manufacturer tires were badly worn and needed to be replaced (and yes I rotate them in fact EVERY oil change as opposed to every other). I purchased 4 Michelin tires which cost me $1,200. Also at 30K miles a rock came up from the road and cracked my windshield causing me to spend my deductible to have it fixed ($500). Nobody's fault I understand, just one more expense with so few miles.I have also noticed that I often get a "safety and driver support systems temporarily disabled" notice. It seems to be random but is annoying nonetheless. Shouldn't be happening at 32K miles. At 29K miles I apparently hit a pothole and the front rim was badly bent. The cost to straighten the rim was $140. The lane departure safety feature is annoying. Every time I even begin to leave my lane it violently pulls me back. Even when I need to go around an object in the road it pulls me back. Also, the tone associated with lane departure only works when it fells like it which is probably a good thing. Another issue is that it takes forever for the interior to get warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The car needs to warm up for at least 15 minutes before the temperature gets where I need it to be. The problem with that is that when using the remote start through the Mazda App, it only allows the car to run for 10 minutes. Also, you can't make any adjustments to the temperature from the app. ... THE GOOD: This vehicle is a blast to drive! It sounds great and it has plenty of power and I am still in love with the exterior appearence. The interior is done so well and as YouTube car reviewers say, "it's a great place to be". It has every option I would every want except for wireless Apple car play. It handles great and the AWD seems to work really well in slippery conditions. Currently I am at a crossroads. Do I sell my Mazda3 while the value is still high and get something else or do I keep it and hope nothing else goes wrong? I really like the car but I want to love it. One issue is the fact that when I purchased it I got 2.9% financing. I would be lucky to get 6.9% with todays rates. Also, if I sold it what the xxxx would I buy that has all of these features, a turbo engine and AWD that wouldn't cost me $35-$45K?!

I traded in my 22 Accord with the 1.5T and CVT transmission. My 2021 has the 2.0T and 10 speed automatic. It’s a great car for the money, dollar for dollar, you cannot beat it! Fully Loaded, very strong motor and tranny, rides beautiful, handles everything beautifully!

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

As with any dealer, parts and repairs criminally expensive, but customer service with Tony is 5 stars. May take it to private repair shop next, but only because dealers always overcharge.

2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

From start to finish it was a painless experience. Josh was beyond helpful and took great care of me. I would totally go back to him again. Love the car and got a great deal. Jonathon took care of all the paperwork and that too was painless. Highly recommend this establishment.

3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

This is the most reliable car we have ever purchased. Still looks like new. Followed all standard factory service scheduled requirements. 55,000 miles to date. On the second set of tires. 2017 XT5 luxury edition.

The interior is gorgeous and I love all of the fun “toys”! I drove everything from the BMW X5 to the Lincoln Aviator and this was my favorite car to drive. It’s amazing!

My husband passed away earlier this month. The AC in my F-250 hadn't worked properly for a while. They took it in for service after actually listening to my description of the problem. The repair was completed in a day and now my AC is doing its job. I want to especially thank Traci Daly an Raphael Martinez for what they did for me. Their considerate respect and kindness for me, and their efforts to make the experience as easy as possible for me during a difficult time can never be repaid. I can't thank them enough. My family has own multiple ram 1500 2014 and newer all great no problems except for third brake light. Get daily easier to maintain and work on than most gm 2016 and newer more power than f150 love these trucks.

traded my 2021 for a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport limited edition last month. I'm very happy with it. Mitsubishi has made some improvements. bigger screen, leather steering wheel and shifter. I like that I have heated seats and telescoping steering wheel now! and it's 4 wheel drive. helps when I go fishing. 😂 great gas mileage! just needs a little more power under the hood. but for the price and reliability it's very worth it. plus an amazing warranty!

Recently purchased a 2018 F150 Lariat Supercrew 4x4 with over 217K miles on it. I did some research on the vehicle and actually was able to speak with the original owner of it. After speaking with him I was able to deduce that he had indeed kept up the service schedule on the truck with the 5.0 liter Ti / VVT engine. Upon looking at the truck in person on Oct. 5th, 2024 I took a test drive in it with my salesman Robert Sala and a friend. I voiced some initial concerns about the engine and was told that it had a Bronze Star Warranty with the truck. Heard a cold start up rattling noise in the engine couple times after purchase and called my salesman to inform him that I unfortunately would have to return the truck back to them for a full refund because of the fear of an unexpected expense after purchase. My salesman Robert Sala asked me to allow him to speak to the Used Car Sales Manager about the issue. To my surprise but eventually happiness in the process this was handled I was told to bring the truck back to the Dealership, Mullinax Ford of Vero Beach, Fla. and they would take care of it for me. I’m Very Grateful that they decided the Best Course of Action would be to replace the complete engine with a three years and unlimited mileage remanufactured engine from Fred Jones Remanufacturing!!! Having had a wonderful experience with the Mullinax Family I would strongly recommend this Dealership that absolutely stands behind what they sell to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle and to know that you will be treated fairly after the sale if it appears that you are having a legitimate issue. Mine is a 06 LS ultimate with the Handling performance package. Its a very reliable tank. Drives through the snow just fine. I hit a deer at 70mph and all it needed was a headlight assembly and a header panel. Also getting a go rhino front bumper with wrap around headlight protectors makes hitting black bears a non-issue, believe me I've hit one. Still think the car would benefit if it had 300hp

I love this car. So many mods can be done to make it your own and unique to you. Move currently produces more hp than a stock GT 350. The looks and performance are outstanding for a car in this price range. My only gripes are that occasionally one of the mirrors (actually happens on both sides just not at the same time) will go all the way in one direction until it can't go anymore then click constantly until you press that mirror and touch the manual adjust button. Then you can hit your pre set of you have one and everything will be fine. It's always when I unlock the car to get in that this happens and it's totally random. If course the dealer can never find anything wrong with it. My other gripe was that on occasion it wouldn't recognize my fob. The only way I could start the car was to lift up the cup holder mat and stick the fob in the slot. But then if I went somewhere and turned the car off, it would be fine. Again totally weird and random. Overall though, I wouldn't give this car up for anything. So much fun to drive, and the sound of that V8 exhaust just gets the blood flowing. Not to mention the all the looks you'll get from people.
