I initially leased my Grand Cherokee Limited but ended up buying it outright at lease end. It has been an awesome vehicle for the 6 years I've had it. I have only had two minor things that have needed work, one was AC needed more coolant and leaking rear strut which must be a fairly common issue as my mom's Durango has had the same problem. Super comfortable ride and plenty of room. My only beef is the halogen factory lights are horrendous but swapping the bulbs out for LED made a big difference for under $200. I normally don't keep a vehicle for longer than 2 years, but after 6 I love this vehicle just as much today as did the day I ordered it!

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

I purchased a 2019 camaro ss yesterday, Rodney was a great salesman, staff was top notch. They gave me very fair trade in for my 2015 camaro...don't care for the fact you can't see their inventory on line but they made up for it in service...Mr Roger's the finance guy was great to work with....highly recommended love my camaro HOT car !!

My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

been buying dhevy trucks since 1976 was my 1st truck, now i got a 2022 silverado with a 6.2 last Feb. of 2023,kicked up the computer kicking out 454 horse power to the wheels, still waiting on my tow mirrors dont make the wiring harrness for my modle is the only problem im having with this truck, will never buy any other truck.

With the exception of the negative lady in the service dept that greeted me, but was unwilling to help with my somewhat emergency situation because they were too busy with customers that had appointments. Inspite of her, my experience in the service dept was AMAZING!! All thanks to MR.MIKE LUPOI who was just walking by! He greeted me and casually ask how I was doing. My response, "not so good". He inquired as to my situation. I explained what happened to my car while driving on the highway. Advised him that his service person had not made an offer of help. And that I was going to need to seek help at a dealership in a city on the way to my destination. Mr. Lupoi immediately got help. Within minutes he showed me the problem. Advised me what to do next and took care of it. After fixing the problem ( that was ultimately caused by Penske Honda Indianapolis!) I was on my way again! The service was completed in less than 30 minutes without charge! They even washed my car!! PS: The name on this work order should be Kathleen, not Katherine as the service lady entered. Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

Too often you go to a car dealership with feeling like the vultures are descending upon you. When I arrived at the dealership no one came out to hassle me while I was looking. When we were done looking a salesman did approach us. His name was Neal Graham. Neal was warm, friendly and attentive. My father-in -law was with me as he himself had purchased a brand new Toyota just two years ago at this very dealership. He was right to recommend them to me. He would later say " How did you feel about your experience today"? I said " That's a dealership that gets it." Ed Martin Toyota is just simply the best dealership in Indiana. While I am ringing their bell the finance did a remarkable job explaining everything to us. Thanks Sam! There are very few places anymore that can bring you "The A game" in customer service. I have the 2021 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. The car is beautiful, sports mode is great for picking up speed on the highway, the app is great and it has all the features I wanted in a great price- sunroof, remote start, leather seats, etc. Drawbacks: Backseat: Car seat does not have as much room in the back (I knew this prior to purchasing, but I didn't think it would be that bad. Unfortunately I do wish it had more leg room especially as my 5 year old continues to grow). Tire pressure is not displayed inside the vehicle. This has already impacted me when I had a blow out on the highway, I had no idea my tire was losing air. Other than these factors, I am happy with my purchase.

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

I have that same truck mine's a short bed Stepside and it's been the best truck I could ever ask for I've had it for 20 years and it still runs good like a champ looks good drives great unfortunately has rust but with 220,000 miles on it and no problems out of it ever no major issues only maintenance regularly that is the key to do the maintenance regularly have the transmission serviced at the intervals it says to do in the book I expect to get 350,000 Mi out of it I'll never sell that truck it's not looking as good as it used to I did hit a deer or two I live in the country but it bounced right back never caused the lick of trouble can't recommend enough

I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

Service advisor was very polite and friendly, explained everything very well. Vehicle was repaired and delivered as promised and I was REMEMBERED from my many prior visits. Service advisor received me into the bay early so I didn't have to wait.

Great truck, I have no issues with this truck. Occasionally the Snyc screen freezes up. Acceleration is excellent. Highway MPG is 23 Local is around 12 mpg. Mixed City Highway is 15 mpg

If you are wanting a reliable car, that drives smooth, this is the car for you! Hands down the best car I have ever owned! I have a 2016 SXT Rear Wheel drive with the 3.6L V6 engine. I am the original owner and still till today I have the car. From mileage of 0-135,000, I have only had to have the oil changed, tires rotated, and of course brakes. At 135,000 miles I had my first major repair which was the passenger side lifters, cam shaft and Rods replaced. Now currently at 140,000 my drive shaft. But overall, this car has been hands down the best I have ever owned. The only thing that I am disappointed with is that Chargers are known for the door panels to peel away, and yet Dodge still has not put in a recall on this matter. Wake up Dodge put the recall in on the door panels pulling away, because honestly the glue you all used back then is not living up to its potential.

My family has own multiple ram 1500 2014 and newer all great no problems except for third brake light. Get daily easier to maintain and work on than most gm 2016 and newer more power than f150 love these trucks.

I had recently taken my ram truck in for an oil change, and it's good to know that I can rely on the technicians that work on my vehicle along with any new updates or factory modifications that need to be made,that Dellen has the qualified technicians to do the job. And that I can just go in and have a cup of coffee, and wander around looking at new vehicles chatting with people I have known for years. I really like the new dealership building, it's very wide open and bright inside. Excellent customer service waiting area, with coffee and snacks, sodas and water available.

The 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited was the Jeep I had my eye on for a while. I've owned a 2012 Laredo X, and a 2018 Limited Anniversary/Heritage Edition. I was specifically looking for Limited trim without the 20" rims, although, I love the look of the Altitude versions, I just didn't really care/want to deal with less side-wall, nicer-looking rims. I avoided the Overland and Trailhawk because of the air-suspension. Overall the interior is fine, it's comfortable and familiar for me, since I've owned them before, but that's also the only issue/complaint I would have. The interior is updated from the 2012, however, basically it's a very light update, U-Connect, Gauges, Shifter, and possibly a few other items here and there. But essentially, the dashboard is the same dashboard I've seen since 2012. While owning the previous (2) I never experienced any mechanical issues that left me stranded. One had a weird issue with blowing lights in the tailgate, but it would just randomly decide to burn out, replace one it would blow another. No other major issues. The 2019 leather on the steering wheel feels smooth and buttery like they always have. The suspension feels great, still solid and tight. Brakes are strong and grippy, pedal feel is nice and firm. So far I'm super satisfied with this Jeep, I got the perfect combination of all the features I wanted, Memory Seats, Sunroof, power trunk, heated-seats and wheel. Not sure if I'd be willing to sell this one and get a newer model, but, I'd possibly get another WK2.

I have purchased six Camrys. So, when it was time to purchase a new one, I didn't check the features. I was pleasantly surprised by the radar cruise control that maintains your distance from the car in front regardless of the speed setting. It also flashes on your mirrors when a car is in your blind spot. The large screen on the radio is super. There are many other great features you will love!

For a non full size pickup it seems pricey, but then again full size truck prices are ridiculous. The interior is really nice, spacious and well built. The truck handles incredibly well, and the 4 cylinder turbo has plenty of power. I was impressed with it's 6,000+ towing power. The exterior is mean looking and looks great heading down the road. I bought a SR model because I need a truck, not something full of options. The only downside is the box is smaller and holds a lot less than a full size and the Toyota sense safety is a bit much. I know it's there for a reason but it can be confusing.
