Sandy Sansing Mazda's Service department in Pensacola, FL has provided me outstanding customer service for almost nine years! Let me use the acronym F-A-S-T to describe my latest visit on Jan 23: F - Friendly - I received a warm and friendly greeting at reception that made me feel welcome. A - Appearance - The appearance of the customer lounge was inviting with comfortable, cushy chairs that had charging ports, a TV and hot and cold refreshments available. S - Swift - They were swift and professional, striving to get my service completed quickly without compromising the quality of work completed, applying any existing coupons for service that were available. T - Technology - They used a wonderful blend of technology (texts: one with a video link to show me how my multipoint inspection went, another to let me know my car was ready AND a link to pay online (cool!)) and personal service with one of the reception staff coming to the lounge to let me know my car was ready and that I could come checkout at my leisure, no rush. So I felt comfortable to enjoy the nice lounge for a little longer. When I did go checkout, the service staff member was courteous and went over all my service paperwork with me and gave me a big smile and shook my hand before I left. With the F A S T service that I received I felt like not only a valued customer, but a part of a family. This quality of customer service is what I have experienced with this dealership across all departments, whether I am working with sales to lease a new car, finance to finalize paperwork, or service to get maintenance done. I have owned Mercedes GLS, Lincoln Navigator, Infiniti QX80, and now Escalade ESV. The Escalade has been my favorite. I now have 120,000 miles on it and have only had to replace shocks. Electronics work beautifully, it is unbelievably comfortable, and there is nothing like the looks of an Escalade! My only complaint is the well-known 1st to 2nd gear occasional kick from the transmission. Dealer has looked at it multiple times (flushed & reprogrammed) with not much luck. 2WD most of the time and throw it into Auto 4WD when Ohio winters hit and this thing eats snow and grabs the road like you wouldn’t believe. Have never even switched it to 4High or 4Lo. Well done, Cadillac!

Just be aware that if you buy a white one that Hyundai had a problem with the paint just flaking off. On the roof of my car which is white, I have big strands and strips of paint coming off and the car only has 20,000 miles. They covered it under warranty for 10 years but it's just a hassle.

Patrick was an extremely professional, no pressure salesman who works in an extremely comfortable environment who assisted was with the purchase of a RAM 2500. From arrival to completion he listened, acted and knew how to preform his duties in sales. Each employee were kind and willing to assist and professionally greeted.

All employees were pleasant, friendly and helpful. The service department ran everything like clockwork; I was in and out quickly. The customer lounge is comfortable, clean and spacious; waiting for a vehicle is not a problem if you need to wait.

I have a 2019 Atlas. This car is amazing and mind you I can't kill it. My car has 188,000 miles on it. The drive is smooth and very reliable. It has the room to fit all 5 of my kiddos perfectly and enough room in the trunk to even fit a wonderfold wagon with all the seats up. I highly recommend if you want a good SUV with a lot of room in it

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

TJ and Rod were excellent! TJ was patient and fought to get us the best deal possible. Rod let us use his office and helped us set up the electronics in our new car. Drove nissans and Toyota my whole life..I was looking for an armada but got the luxury version instead which is the QX80. Very luxurious in and out my only gripe was the infotainment which is severely outdated with no android auto or Apple car play. still this big girl has plenty of power and the V8 is intoxicating lol which I'm loving. THIS truck isn't meant for fuel economy, if you want that, get a hybrid. Very reliable and luxurious. Hermosa Blue is plainly gorgeous for this truck.

Quick and easy. Sales experience and finance was exceptional. The dealership had the vehicle I wanted. Other dealers did not have the car and color I wanted. Trade allowance was good compared to other dealers.

I have bought more cars than I can remember but this might be the best ever! Treated well and with respect and hope they have the next car I want to buy!

I was very disappointed to discover that after paying the exorbitant markup of almost $10,000.00, that there is no power button in the car or on the key fob to open the rear hatch. I was also shocked that the front passenger seat does not have power controls, you have to reach under the seat to manually pull it forward or back. While I understand the safety feature to not accidentally lock a child in the car, I was unable to lock my car while trying to sleep in the back while camping. I'm hoping this won't be an issue in the future, but I had to have an alignment after only 12,000 miles and since I'm the only driver, I can assure you that I've never hit a pot hole or anything else that should have caused this. I do find the car comfortable to ride in and I like the safety features that alert you when trying to change lanes or if an object is behind you.

So far I have purchased 4 Honda Vehicles including the one I just bought from Pensacola Honda. One before this was back in 2016 so it's been a while. Car buying process has changed over the years in my experience. I started with the ePrice quote and closed the deal at the dealer with Jordan B and the team. Overall, i did enjoy the experience the team and the Pensacola Honda.

This car is far superior to my previous 2021 Toyota RA4. In my distant youth I use to do some racing and handling is highest priority. Suspension, steering, 17" alloy wheels vs 15" steel wheels with hubcaps, full spare tire vs doughnut, 3 row seating vs 2 rows, 400 lbs heavier therefore more stable in windy conditions and roads that are not level, and much more. Only downside is the general Volkswagen issue with poor sound systems. Not only that, the after market is almost non-existent for the Tiguan.

2014 SXL, FWD. really nice vehicle.. great performance.. lots of high level luxury in the car.. including heated and cooled seats!! the touchscreen is easy to maneuver and the physical buttons make it very convenient and does not require that you take your eye's off the road. seats are very comfortable. I have two complaints. the chrome wheels.. almost impossible to prevent rust underneath.. would have preferred aluminum wheels instead. And the third row is useless and should never have been offered. Purchased vehicle used in 2016 with less than 3k miles on it. (really) Pleasure to drive, not to firm, not mushy.. great stereo.. I love this car!!!
