This was the first time that I've used CarMax... always felt that the "no-haggle" thing was just a grift. It's not. Very fairly priced car in pristine condition. They even transferred it for free. Transaction was relatively quick and painless as well. They were even able to take care of the REAL tags and title there as well. If you do your pricing research, they are most definitely an option. And thankfully there was no sleazy salesman vibe or upwelling. Would gladly use them again. Oh, and they actually FILLED the tank, which USED TO BE commonplace, and I didn't have to ask.

So, I wouldn't recommend this if you drive for a living or take clients around. Size matters and although stout for what it is, you feel the road. Of course that's part of the allure. This is a driver's car because you actually drive it, it's not some boring point and click model. Drop the top and it's next level fun. Nothing like soaking up the sun and taking a city block turn at full speed.

The maintenance service provided by Mr. George Boatwright and his team was superb. The service on my vehicle over the past few years has been supervised by Mr. Boatwright and each time the service was excellent and professional. This is such a fun car! It is great to drive and handles well. I have the convertible and it has been a delight to take family and friends around in the Mini. I feel like I'm in a movie as I drive a long - even when going to the grocery store!

The best car buying experience I’ve had in my over 20 years buying vehicles. They were doing a complete remodel of the building and working out of trailers but still provided a top notch experience. My salesperson was Ceandria and she was the best car salesperson I’ve ever had, she played the biggest role in my overall experience at Passport BMW. From the first email I sent until the second I drove off the lot she was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Something you don’t see all the time in that profession. I had a few bad experiences at other DMV BMW’s dealerships (looking at you, Rockville) but here at Passport every step was great. Ceandria provided me with answers to any questions I had about BMW’s very quickly, confidently and with great knowledge whether via email, at the dealership or on the test drives. Even when I returned home the next day she reached out to see if I had any questions or concerns about the vehicle I purchased. The great experience didn’t stop at Ceandria. I love this S model convertible. Fun to drive, like a Go Cart in an amusement park. I treat the car like a wonderful woman. She is a joy to drive. I am excited to get behind the wheel daily. Super acceleration and handling. Have had no mechanical problems.

My experience at Porsche Chantilly has always been exceptional. The sales and service staff are the best I have ever dealt with over my more than 20 years of Porsche ownership. Fun to drive. Handles the road with lots of power and great gas mileage. Trunk space is ok, but you have to be a good packer Good interior room for a small convertible .

Julie the service representative is always excellent. But now I have a vibration in the front of the car after getting to 50 miles an hour. Not sure why but if I bring the car in it is going to cost my another 3k every time I bring the car in it cost me 3k or more.

Still relatively new with just over 200mls, but a fun car to run around in. Comfortable ride and pretty zippy with the turbo. Quite surprised how roomy for a small car and can’t wait for a trip to see if it’s comfortable after a few hours in the car
