This is our second Mini that we’ve leased from here. My husband & I, both in our mid-seventies, recently purchased a 2025 Mini Cooper. Its technology systems are far, far more sophisticated than what was available on the 2016 Mini we traded in. Great experience! I was looking nationwide for a good deal, and I found it here. Sami was wonderful, fully dedicated from the beginning to the end of the process. I purchased my 2013 Mini new from Mini of Towson when they were still Mini of Baltimore in Owings Mills. I've never taken my car anywhere else for service in all the years I've owned it, nor will I. I know I can trust Wayne and the others at Mini of Towson to make sound recommendations for service. The prices are fair and I always leave feeling confident that my car has received quality service.

Sean made my experience seamless! He provided me with transportation to and from the facility following a flat tire. Even though the service center was incredibly busy he fit me in and completed not only the tire change but an oil change and brake replacement.

Just move to Baltimore from California. Had issues with my mini - would not start. Had it towed to Towson. The team (both reception and techs) were kind and helpful in a stressful situation. Wayne was empathic and helpful with his communications about the issue which was repaired and under warranty.

I have a 2024 Lexus IS 350 F Sport. The right rear tire was leaking air and had to get it fixed immediately. I contacted Brandon scott, and he was able to get me taken care of as soon as possible. Not only did he do that but he was able to get me a loaner. Great service very professional. I will continue to do business there.
