With incredible patience, Jay walked us through how to accomplish the software update, pausing patiently while I jotted down notes so we’d know how to handle the next update. Jay also took the time to help us explore & understand other aspects of the new Mini’s impressive technology. We felt far more confident in our ability to use & enjoy our new car thanks to Jay’s thorough, thoughtful approach. Service department diagnosed why my car was making a clunking sound and shaking when I start my car.

Jeff is awesome. I had/have no hesitancy or anxiousness when I need service on my Mini! I know that Jeff will manage my service experience expertly, communicating with me directly and clearly and advocating for my best interests! I live in DC. Sterling Mini is quite some distance away and there are two or more Mini service dealerships closer to me. However, because of Jeff’s and his service team’s excellent service and support, I can’t imagine not being taken care of by him. Jeff’s the best!
