This is our second Mini that we’ve leased from here. My X5 was brought in for a NO TONE issue. 2nd time. The first time we had to do a software upgrade. Ok. Issue not solved. I contacted Devon. He arranged for a loaner and to bring my car in. Devon and the team had the vehicle for some time. He kept apologizing about length of time it was taking. Explain I no how the car did not hold the necessary codes. I told him not to worry, to take their time. The car finally did it again. Intermittent issue. And Devon and the team were able to fix the issue. They were great. Always communicated.
