I bought the car from out of state and Jonathan De La Cruz did a walk around for me, had the car in perfect shape for me, arranged to have a car pick me up at the airport, and then Niello literally went the extra mile (143 to be exact) to get me where I needed to go with my certified pre-owned MINI. Very happy with my treatment and all employees I encountered. Though I hope to never have to go 1000 miles again to get the perfect car—I’d be happy to work with Niello again.

Even though I purchased a used vehicle, Kate treated me like I was an important customer and made a point to check in to make sure I was enjoying the vehicle. The service is outstanding. The facilities are the best I have ever seen. The snacks provided are fantastic. But what sold us was the salesman , Joe Salgan. We had intended to buy a Suburu but liked the look of the Mini Cooper. So we stopped in the Dealer for a look. Joe was exceptional, Polite and knowlegable. He is the reason we ended up buying a Mini instead of a Suburu. Everything else was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this dealer and we love the car.

Last week we traded in our 2019 Mini Countryman for a new 4-Door Hardtop Mini. I could simply say that our sales rep Lawrence Chavez sold us the car, but it was more than that. He went out of his way to help us select from the stock on hand, to explain the varied features and our options, and to make us comfortable with our final choice and with the Mini App. He is an exceptional representative. Love the personality of the reps and they are always eager to help! They don't push you into buying more than your original budget and won't bother you about it! They also will let u browse the lot on you own, and all there cars are unlocked! I absolutely love there transfer program where they will transfer vehicles to your local stores without an obligation, and many transfers are free! Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!
