Working with this dealership from start to finish was nothing short of exceptional. I am very particular when it comes to buying a car and especially a used car from out-of-state. When I first expressed interest in the car, Sarah immediately reached out to provide me with all information I needed. My experience with other dealerships has typically been a bit more lengthy with a lot of back and forth, especially since I couldn't there in-person. Within the first 24 hours of reaching out to the dealership, with the amazing and expedient help of Sarah and Erica, we got the deal done! It was quite surreal! As I flew in to inspect and pick up the vehicle, Erica promptly picked me up at the airport. When I arrived at the dealership, everyone was warm and welcoming. Again, all of the paperwork preparation was ready to go to ensure that I was in and out quickly. Before leaving, they helped give me some cool tips of some spots I should check out in Albuqurque before leaving town. Typically don't write reviews, but buying from here was a relief compared to the other dealerships I went to on the same day. I didn't go through a telecom service, the salesman Lisandio contacted me directly, and gave me any information he could when I asksed. When we were done and I said I'd like to look at other offers, he said cool, let me know if your still interested. I went to Echo Park next. They tried to pressure me into buying, could barely tell me anything about the vehicle, the vehicle was in bad shape, and all service was automated in a bad way where you get left wondering if anything is happening. So I went back to Schomp, Lisandio had got me financing despite the car being older than 10 years, he walked me through everything. Schomp also did more service work on the vehicle too, new brakes and tires.
