I had a great experience with Seattle Mini and Mike Sylvan buying new Mini. This is our second Mini we bought from them. The first was 15 years ago. I found a Mini we wanted to purchase over the Memorial day weekend and filled out a credit application on Tuesday. Mike immediately contacted me and set up a time in the afternoon for a test drive. We took the car for a test drive, then Mike explained financing options, there was never any pressure through the whole process. After the purchase, he spent more time and showed me the massive amount of new features that car has. Within 2 hours I was on the way home enjoying our new Mini.

He went out of his way to help us select from the stock on hand, to explain the varied features and our options, and to make us comfortable with our final choice and with the Mini App. He is an exceptional representative. Great experience buying our Mini. We live in area that doesn’t have a dealer. We did everything online. We drove five hours and met Mike our salesman. The car was clean and ready to go. It took about 45 minutes for Mike to go through all of the cars functions, software, setting up our smart key, etc. We drove it back home. This is our first Mini and I love the quality, power, and handling. I highly recommend Seattle Mini. Mike is a very nice and professional person. I would highly recommend him.
