I just wanna thank Jolene for all of her help in my husband and I finding and purchasing our new car. Although it wasn’t a mini or a BMW, she still helped us in anyway possible to walk away with the Mazda that we wanted. She was very professional and very nice! She actually cared about our finances and budget options and worked with us to help us walk away with the car we wanted. Also, we want to thank Daniella her manager. She was also very nice and caring and professional. She knew the price for financing was over our budget and was able to help get it down to where we could afford it. They both helped us out so much and appreciate everything they did to help us. Last week we traded in our 2019 Mini Countryman for a new 4-Door Hardtop Mini. I could simply say that our sales rep Lawrence Chavez sold us the car, but it was more than that. He went out of his way to help us select from the stock on hand, to explain the varied features and our options, and to make us comfortable with our final choice and with the Mini App. He is an exceptional representative. Overall, we were treated well and are very happy with the staff of Sandia Mini--and with our new car.

I have been a loyal customer of BMW for a very long time now and it is because of the service you receive there. Chris perfectly embodies this.
