Used MINI Hardtop Cooper S for sale near Ilchester, MD

The car drives beautifully but maintenance/repair costs are staggering. I had 5 years of car payments of ~$9000 a year. During these first 5 years I only did oil changes and tires (whenever I hit one of the pot holes on I-97). I finished paying of the car loan two years ago. Since then I have had to replace/repair parts for about $12,000. Last time I was in I was told I need to replace the entire headlight assembly including the control module which was burnt because the LED had shorted. I was quoted about $6,700.00 to replace both headlight assemblies. If I do this I will have spent almost $19,000.00 in repairs on a 2019 BMW in less than two years. Again, it drives beautifully and the dealership service is great. But I am not exaggerating when I say it has been a huge disappointment when it comes to the cost of ownership. It is a money pit.

Had severe unexpected damage to front under car components. Robert gave me a timeline of repair scheduling and kept his word. He actually completed repairs ahead of schedule by two days. Very satisfied. Wallet is bleeding, but I?m satisfied.

Never been dissapointed with their customer service and great transparency. Even when receiving invoice sticker shock not as bad :) because of there professionalism and courtesy.

All representatives were very helpful. Although I felt their schedules were overloaded by corporate. Jen was kind and helpful when I didn?t feel safe driving the very large 7 series SUV, she provided a smaller car similar to my 3 series.

My husband & I, both in our mid-seventies, recently purchased a 2025 Mini Cooper. Its technology systems are far, far more sophisticated than what was available on the 2016 Mini we traded in. With incredible patience, Jay walked us through how to accomplish the software update, pausing patiently while I jotted down notes so we’d know how to handle the next update. Jay also took the time to help us explore & understand other aspects of the new Mini’s impressive technology. We felt far more confident in our ability to use & enjoy our new car thanks to Jay’s thorough, thoughtful approach. It?s an older vehicle -repairs are expected but happy with the quality of work/repairs and preventive maintenance and working to keep costs reasonable.
