Luca went above and beyond for me to get this car. When I first looked up the car online I knew this was going to be my car and I quickly made a downpayment for them to hold it for me for 3 weeks. No other dealerships would of done that for but this one has a great customer service. I had a fair credit rate and Luca made sure I get approved for a loan with a different lender since I couldn’t get approved for the bigger lenders. As an customers I was very pleased with that. I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely do business with them.

Found 2014 Audi A4 Quattro manual transmission on Saugus Auto Mall website and called after hours to set up a test drive for the next day. Car was in great condition and was really fun to drive. Though the car's price was very competitive for the market (we shopped around for a few weeks) it was just slightly outside of our price range and they were able to meet us in the middle. We test drove the car for a second time the next day. Both times there was no hassling or pressure from Ali or the Saugus team. We decided to buy the car cash and everything went so smoothly. When we got home we realized it was one of those unicorn car buying experiences. The DMV is super slow right now during the pandemic so we had to wait for a full week for our paper plates and registration to come through. The car was fully detailed and everything was in order when we came to pick it up. Also, we had asked for one of the tires to be replaced because it was damaged and they ended up replacing ALL four tires! Great experience buying a used Audi! Highly recommend Michael and the dealership at Route 110 Auto! We found the perfect car for our daughter. The car drives great, super clean, and our experience with getting in and out was fast, easy, and actually enjoyable! Michael is not your typical shady used car dealer. He was great to work with, we got a fair deal, and he not only treated us great, but I watched him with a young family ahead of us, and he was so considerate of their baby. The whole buying experience was super and we got to drive our newly purchased car home that same day! Our mechanic gave the car a look over, and could not believe how clean this 2014 Honda Civic was. Super happy with our purchase!

During my search for my next vehicle I recalled the hassle of buying a vehicle. I read the reviews on Drum Hill website. I was pleasantly impressed. Especially the reviews that mentioned John. I’m a very skeptical person and is cautious what I read especially on someone’s own website. I had already seen a vehicle that I was quite interested in. It was time to test the validity of these reviews. I was treated incredibly well and you could feel that they weren’t doing a song and dance. When I typically ask a car salesman about something on a vehicle, it seemed at time they would be squirming. Not here and especially not with John! I don’t like using an explanation mark but I had to in this case. The most impressive thing was being in the background while he was with a customer. He had zero to hide! He would insist to customers to take the vehicle to the manufacturers and have them inspect it before they buy it. You could tell in his voice that he was truly looking out for your best interest! He has been in the business for some 35 years and his knowledge is impeccable. From a vehicle’s options and what they do. Financing, recalls, different state laws and so much more! You can tell as there is zero hesitation when he speaks. I like you, maybe right now, this does sound to good to be true. Like John would say, “Challenge me and I am 100 % positive, my word is the most important thing to me”. I have one more explanation point left. I say to you “Take my word in believing Auto Hill autos”. It’s a must check before completing your search!
