This is our third MINI. We have a 2008 Cooper and a 2013 Countryman. It's become an addiction. Usually, by the time we pay off a vehicle we want to replace it. Not with MINI. We love ours and the 2016 Countryman is no exception. It's larger than the 2013, but it's still familiar. I'm the shortest at 5'9". Hubby is just under 6' and our son is 6'2". We all feel like the MINI's were designed for tall people. We refer to them as TARDISes because they are bigger on the inside. Smooth ride. Comfortable handling. Safe. Extremely reliable. Stylish. Would highly recommend.

I hate the back-and-forth of buying a car. There is none of that at Carmax. Prices are not negotiable but since you know how much a particular car is, you can shop around. I found the car I wanted was priced right compared to KBB and other listings with private and dealer sales. After I decided to purchase the car, I was out of there within 1 hour.

First, I'd like to say I'll never buy from a dealer (other than CarMax) again. This process was painless and positive. If you go to Renton - ask for TYSON - he was great. Laid back, informative, and what I value most - not pushy or slick. I told him some of the things I wanted in a car and he came up with the perfect choice for me. The signing took about 30 minutes and I was done. They filled up the tank - put a pretty bow on the car when I picked it up - and generally made me feel important and valued. I can't recommend this company enough!

I loves mini, its simple cute and small car but has power. And the space isnt too bad. The gas consumption is also not much. A bit expensive for maintaining but its worth it.

I got a wonderful car from Imported Motor Cars in Maine. It’s a beautiful car, incredibly fun to drive, and surprisingly fits tall folks well (my husband is 6’5”). The 2016 model is high in reliability according to CR, and I haven’t found it to be different. It has great gas mileage and is pretty good in snow.

I just recently purchased a Ford Focus Electric from Paramount Motors and had the pleasure to enjoy a quick and easy purchase. The countryman is the perfect compromise for those who want a Mini and still want a workable amount of interior space. The gas mileage is insanely good, it's fun to drive, and you will be running laps past everyone at the stoplights because of how zippy it is. Parking is also never an issue, always lots of space, and easy to maneuver. My only two complaints are that maintenance tends to be expensive (when you factor in the gas savings though, I'd say it pays for itself) and the engine is weak. If you load even just a couple hundred pounds of passengers and cargo into it, it can drive for maybe an hour or so before the engine light kicks on and begs for mercy. I've never had this result in an actual issue that caused a breakdown or required us to pull over, and maintenance confirmed that there are no larger issues with my engine in particular. Turns out that it just limits its own engine power whenever it's struggling. But it is a bit annoying, especially on longer trips.

Fun car, not good for long trips though. Perfect for around town. Just a little to low for older adults, can be difficult to get in and out.
