Most professional car buying experience in my fifty years of working with dealerships. They actually agreed to a trade in value upfront before requiring me to drive four hours and possibly waste an entire day. They honored their word and I was on the road with my BMW within 45 minutes. Brought our ?23 Mini Countryman in for maintenance service. The service technician noticed a slight axle grease leak. Brought it to the service representative?s attention. Next thing we know they have us set up with a loaner Mini, parts ordered and we?re on our way. Repairs were done promptly under warranty and in four working days we have our baby back! Expressed interest in a new Mini via the internet and rec'd responses from a sales associate (Xavier) and the internet manager quickly. Took a test ride with Xavier and discussed options. Got a decent offer, but when I said that I wanted to think it over, the manager offerred to pay my registraation fee as well if I closed right away. Did so, had the usual wait for the finance guy, and walked away with a new leased car.
