Bought a 2018 Mini Countryman Base model pre owned and have loved everyday with it. Only had one issue and that being something with the Valve Gas Breather. I have yet to fix it yet and it’s been about 3 months. Doesn’t cause any noticeable performance issue (besides the decrease in fuel mileage), just the check engine light on. Other than that, I drive this around the island. Very easy to park and maneuver around. I am planning on getting the newer Mini Countryman about 2 years after they’re released so they can work out all the kinks and stuff.

The countryman is the perfect compromise for those who want a Mini and still want a workable amount of interior space. The gas mileage is insanely good, it's fun to drive, and you will be running laps past everyone at the stoplights because of how zippy it is. Parking is also never an issue, always lots of space, and easy to maneuver. My only two complaints are that maintenance tends to be expensive (when you factor in the gas savings though, I'd say it pays for itself) and the engine is weak. If you load even just a couple hundred pounds of passengers and cargo into it, it can drive for maybe an hour or so before the engine light kicks on and begs for mercy. I've never had this result in an actual issue that caused a breakdown or required us to pull over, and maintenance confirmed that there are no larger issues with my engine in particular. Turns out that it just limits its own engine power whenever it's struggling. But it is a bit annoying, especially on longer trips.

Overall, I had a good experience with Auto Expo. I scheduled a test drive the day prior, and they had the car waiting out front for me when I got there. After the test drive, I was allowed to make a thorough inspection of the car and Abraham answered all of my questions and critiques on the car. I pointed out some issues with the car--for example, the trunk cargo mat was gone--and they proceeded to fix the issues where possible. The lot and the office are both small and cramped. Parking and moving around felt a bit awkward, and there was clutter that needs to go. In the end though, that's not a big deal though, as I care most about the car and the price I'm paying for it. Speaking of price, negotiations with Auto Expo were the most cordial of the places I visited that day, which was appreciated given how all negotiations are at least a little bit awkward. Again, I had a positive experience.

Bought my 2015 last fall looks great drives great alot of fun . Faster than it looks . Not a extreme cold weather car . Handles great on snowy roads . I'm a bigger guy plenty of room . Would not want to sit behind me . I'd buy another

I bought a car from them in August 2020 and was very happy with them in many ways. They were very straight forward and very confident about their car. They were very helpful and nice at the same time not only the price was fair but, they even gave me a discount as well. This is our third MINI. We have a 2008 Cooper and a 2013 Countryman. It's become an addiction. Usually, by the time we pay off a vehicle we want to replace it. Not with MINI. We love ours and the 2016 Countryman is no exception. It's larger than the 2013, but it's still familiar. I'm the shortest at 5'9". Hubby is just under 6' and our son is 6'2". We all feel like the MINI's were designed for tall people. We refer to them as TARDISes because they are bigger on the inside. Smooth ride. Comfortable handling. Safe. Extremely reliable. Stylish. Would highly recommend.

I have owned my 2915 John Cooper Works roadster for 5 years now. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my little car. I had a Charger RT and wanted something small. I didn't want to give up on power tho. I found my car online by total accident. What LUCK!!! People ask me about it everywhere i go. I tell them good luck finding one. Lol

Car drives just great! Quick off the start, great passing oompth on the freeway. I just put the transmission into the sport mode and hang on! Fun to drive, great gas mileage, excellent warranty. And, the best dealership (Mini of Montgomery County ) I have ever dealt with.

I've not driven it yet, but we investigated everything from the variable valve system to the turbo charger and watched a video of a complete teardown of the engine. We were so impressed that even before finishing the purchase of the one we were already looking for another one. This engine is AMAZING!! Can't WAIT to drive it!! And with a 6 Speed manual? Had to replace a few things but it is used and looks new it’s a 2012 bought 2 years ago, I run reg gas in it, And keep the oil changed, one thing I don’t like is where the cup holders located but I hope one day I can afford to buy another one it’s fun to drive

I love the cat. I am going to be traveling a lot now that retired so I need bigger car for the treks. Mini was reliable,quick,comfortable,but not roomy enough for travel with lots of luggage. I love how it zips through tight places,gives great visibility and awesome mpg. Steering is very responsive,and the engine is a bear! I love the car. Have mixed emotions selling it.

What a pleasant experience. My first time financing a vehicle. When going to initially look at the vehicle, I discovered a few issues. Obviously no used car is going to be perfect, nor was I expecting it to be. They told me to come back the next day and the issues would be fixed. I came back and they did in fact fix the car. small on the outside, big on the inside. Super Fast!! Has ABS. Drives smooth and easy to hand with power steering wheel. Great for driving in the rain as well. Lights were very bright and it’s easy to maneuver around in it

This car meets and exceeds all needs. It is small but much more roomy than expected on the inside. It comfortably seats 4 people and the heated seats are a huge bonus.

I love this car. It’s quick and feels like driving a go-kart. So fun to drive and still fuel efficient. Interior is very different from 90% of card out there that have the same layout.
