Everyone was friendly and without sales pressure. Salesman was well prepared with everything ready to go. They detailed the car before they delivered it to my home. 10/10, would recommend.

all good except LACK of car wash. you did not meet my expectations in that area.

They have delivered the vehicle ahead of time. Dean bloom was in constant touch with us to give us update. We expected the actual delivery in March but was way ahead of time compared to any other dealership.

Largest small car I’ve driven and great car for today’s times. Small enough to save money with today’s fuel prices yet big enough to carry everything needed to travel with family.

Bought a 2023 Mini Countryman ALL4 John Cooper Works Edition of the car, and received my order last summer. Simply put, the performance is AMAZING. Put it in Sport Mode (a minor inconvenience), and it becomes a force to be reckoned with, especially to those unaware of this car’s capabilities. It’s marketed as a Mini—SUV, and I think that’s a fair categorization. Still have plenty of room for passengers, groceries,!etc, without sacrificing much, if any, performance. My only complaints? Difficult/clumsy control mechanism to get into Sport Mode, no native Android support, and rear windows are awkwardly installed, and have been “properly aligned” with remainder of car, instead of giving the appearance of being aligned with front/rear windows. In summation, this car performs better than its competition (a 2L inline 4cylinder, lightly turbocharged/intercooled, AWD, pretty aesthetics, and lots of opportunities for upgrades, beyond 301HP, 331FT/LBS Torque, and you have a contender for “production car SLEEPER OF THE YEAR!”), like the other “hot hatches”. Everytime my wife or I drive it, we NOW take turns.(she was bitten by the Mini bug) driving it EVERYWHERE, from trips to work, to the grocery store, and vacation driving. You really have to drive a JCW in Sport Mode to appreciate what I’ve said. Anyhow, these are my impressions on this amazing little car. Worth every penny, not getting rid of or replacing it, anytime soon!

Tyler did an excellent job at showing is the Grand Wagoneer and helping us decide which model and place a custom order. He kept us informed on every status update from Jeep during the manufacturing and delivery process. His whole team from test driving to vehicle delivere were friendly and top notch.

Bought a 2018 Mini Countryman Base model pre owned and have loved everyday with it. Only had one issue and that being something with the Valve Gas Breather. I have yet to fix it yet and it’s been about 3 months. Doesn’t cause any noticeable performance issue (besides the decrease in fuel mileage), just the check engine light on. Other than that, I drive this around the island. Very easy to park and maneuver around. I am planning on getting the newer Mini Countryman about 2 years after they’re released so they can work out all the kinks and stuff.

I had such a great experience with Ricardo Lopez & Anande Gaiter who helped me through the whole process of trading in my 2017 ford focus! i went in expecting to just get some numbers but when i saw that a 2019 jeep cherokee was on the lot i couldn’t leave without it, so the guys did everything they could to put me in that car by the end of the day, im now a very happy owner of a jeep cherokee thanks to the gwinnett place ford team!

It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.

My overall experience with this dealership and sales associates were very pleasant and sufficient. I was able to take my time in selecting my vehicle and was given accurate pricing info as I had already did my research for the car I was interested in. I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or desire after I decline to purchase the original car I went to the dealership to test drive. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.

I thought this car would be too small, but the interior is surprisingly roomy. The feel of it is great. The whistles and bells are wonderful and it fits great in my garage! Only had it a few days, but loving it.

Transports more than other 4 door cars. Drives fantastic. Smooth, yet sporty and nimble ride, with plenty of quick acceleration when needed. Very reliable, with easy maintenance.

I love my Mini Cooper! 2013 base although base model very similar S same engine Dual sunroof on border diagnostics keyless entry 100 hundred secrets ! I’ve found most.! I haven’t up graded much I don’t buy rims. I don’t like silver. I Don’t like it doesn’t have hot cold gadge oh, you can check it on your diagnostics while driving. It does have child safety locks. Someone says it doesn’t it does as a matter fact you can set the exactly the way you want

I found this dealership online. I had never heard of them but saw they had a car I was interested in and would check it out. My salesperson Shane was AMAZING. Very friendly and patient with me. I can't express how grateful and over the moon I was to find the exact car with everything I wanted and more. Shane stayed late to ensure I was taken care of. He was overall FANTASTIC!!! The general manager Nick was awesome and their finance team...Kash was so pleasant. Everyone was such a joy to work with and went up over and beyond to assure that I was taken care of. I was in the market for a Mercedes, and I must say, they have a great selection and the price was way under what I had planned to spend. I have always bought from Mercedes dealership...not anymore. I am on my 2nd Countryman! I was always a Mercedes driver as I had 8 of them. I was looking for something a little taller with plenty of room. I needed all wheel drive and I ended up with so much more. This car is sporty, fun great on the snow and so much room. Also let me highlight it is great on gas. I have had a very good experience with the sales team! I bought with Evan Williams. He still checks in! The service department is so professional and I can't say enough positive things about Mini in Glencoe!

I have owned my 2915 John Cooper Works roadster for 5 years now. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my little car. I had a Charger RT and wanted something small. I didn't want to give up on power tho. I found my car online by total accident. What LUCK!!! People ask me about it everywhere i go. I tell them good luck finding one. Lol
