I recently bought a 2021 Tesla. I buy most of my cars online and sight unseen. The bottom line is that I had a great experience with VINs. Louis and Corey were great and worked through several unanticipated issues with me. They were honest and would not give me the car until it was in pristine condition. Bought a 2023 Mini Countryman ALL4 John Cooper Works Edition of the car, and received my order last summer. Simply put, the performance is AMAZING. Put it in Sport Mode (a minor inconvenience), and it becomes a force to be reckoned with, especially to those unaware of this car’s capabilities. It’s marketed as a Mini—SUV, and I think that’s a fair categorization. Still have plenty of room for passengers, groceries,!etc, without sacrificing much, if any, performance. My only complaints? Difficult/clumsy control mechanism to get into Sport Mode, no native Android support, and rear windows are awkwardly installed, and have been “properly aligned” with remainder of car, instead of giving the appearance of being aligned with front/rear windows. In summation, this car performs better than its competition (a 2L inline 4cylinder, lightly turbocharged/intercooled, AWD, pretty aesthetics, and lots of opportunities for upgrades, beyond 301HP, 331FT/LBS Torque, and you have a contender for “production car SLEEPER OF THE YEAR!”), like the other “hot hatches”. Everytime my wife or I drive it, we NOW take turns.(she was bitten by the Mini bug) driving it EVERYWHERE, from trips to work, to the grocery store, and vacation driving. You really have to drive a JCW in Sport Mode to appreciate what I’ve said. Anyhow, these are my impressions on this amazing little car. Worth every penny, not getting rid of or replacing it, anytime soon!

Bought my 2015 last fall looks great drives great alot of fun . Faster than it looks . Not a extreme cold weather car . Handles great on snowy roads . I'm a bigger guy plenty of room . Would not want to sit behind me . I'd buy another

I visited this dealer in search of a newer truck to replace my 1998 Frontier, got off to a bit of a rocky start, but in the end things worked out great. I highly recomend doing business with this dealership, the people are nice and really work for the customer.

I am on my 2nd Countryman! I was always a Mercedes driver as I had 8 of them. I was looking for something a little taller with plenty of room. I needed all wheel drive and I ended up with so much more. This car is sporty, fun great on the snow and so much room. Also let me highlight it is great on gas. I have had a very good experience with the sales team! I bought with Evan Williams. He still checks in! The service department is so professional and I can't say enough positive things about Mini in Glencoe!

I thought this car would be too small, but the interior is surprisingly roomy. The feel of it is great. The whistles and bells are wonderful and it fits great in my garage! Only had it a few days, but loving it.

There are not enough stars in the rating system for Mini of Towson and Mike Edwards! The entire buying process was amazing. Super fast, courteous, and every detail covered with thoughtfulness. I had a really good experience. Mike the salesman was exceptionally nice and found the Mini that I wanted. I love my Mini 4 door hardtop S. It is a beautiful car. The color is so pretty in Ocean Wave Green with a Black roof. This is the 2nd MINI we have bought from Towson MINI. We can't say enough about how much we love this car and my old Mini. Miscommunication on everyone’s part contributed to some hiccups when writing the contract. We cancelled a VIP clause and have been waiting 3 months for management to resolve the issue. We have management’s commitment that things are moving in the right direction. We love the car. It’s our first Toyota. Our sales team was very helpful getting us trained on the electronics.

I love my Mini Cooper! 2013 base although base model very similar S same engine Dual sunroof on border diagnostics keyless entry 100 hundred secrets ! I’ve found most.! I haven’t up graded much I don’t buy rims. I don’t like silver. I Don’t like it doesn’t have hot cold gadge oh, you can check it on your diagnostics while driving. It does have child safety locks.
