Although it wasn’t a mini or a BMW, she still helped us in anyway possible to walk away with the Mazda that we wanted. She was very professional and very nice! She actually cared about our finances and budget options and worked with us to help us walk away with the car we wanted. Also, we want to thank Daniella her manager. She was also very nice and caring and professional. She knew the price for financing was over our budget and was able to help get it down to where we could afford it. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and was able to answer any questions we had. The process was very quick but did not feel rushed. I have had the blessing of dealing with James Kovack two times - once in connection with the sale of my leased 2021 RAV 4, the other time witnessing the sale of my sister's 2021 RAV 4. At that time ( my sister's visit) based on my experience, she requested James to work with her. My sister's experience and mine mirrored each others. James was kind, patient, respectful, efficient, knowledgeable, and possessed all of the attributes one would expect in dealing with someone in his position. My sister's experience required a little more work and James, in consultation with his supervisor, Qu'ran Gordon, got the job done. Both men were as courteous and respectful of the situation as they could be and both men should be considered ASSETS to Carmax of Langhorne. My sister and I are most pleased with the outcomes of both of our experiences and will recommend Carmax, but in particular James Kovack and Qu'ran Gordon for their fine work.

Went in trying to finance a car for my fiancé and left with a car for both her and myself.
