I recently bought a beautiful 2012 Dodge 1500 Ram I couldn't be happier with! I drove 2hrs to see it and it was more beautiful than it looked in the pictures. I love, love, love my new Cooper S convertible! She is paying for herself in compliments already. Literally everywhere I go, someone stops me and says "your car is so cute!" She is so fun to drive and it isn't even convertible weather yet lol. I ordered black on black and I couldn't be happier with the aesthetics and performance! I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle at the AutoMax in Framingham. I have bought many cars in my lifetime but I can honestly say, this was one of the best car buying experiences I've had in a long time. This was my first time at AutoMax of Framingham and I was able to find the right vehicle, with the right options and at a fair price (compared to your competitors). However, what really made the experience worthwhile and very appreciable was the salesperson Matheus. "Matt" is really a great salesperson. Much different from others I have met and dealt with. Matt is extremely Knowledgeable and professional - Great Hire and Asset! I will continue to do future business with AutoMax and will refer my family and friends as well. Mark

I have had my Countryman S for about 7 months and 2000 miles (I have two other cars). It’s Chili Red with Petrol Blue interior. My favorite points are 1. The interior. If you love interesting fun interiors as I do then you will love it. If you try to avoid black interiors and exteriors you eliminate 90% of the cars other make. With Mini, you can get perhaps the most fun interiors anywhere and the Vescin seems comfortable enough. Just with they had ventilated seats. 2. Power, FINALLY Mini got a full BMW tune given you pay about the same price. It is plenty quick and I get 33-36mpg on the highway all the time. Drops much lower zooming around town. 3. Appearance and layout. I like the unique appearance, low roof line for kayaks and plenty of room for the kind of car it is. Negatives: 1. Electronics. Had several updates since I bought it and it has improved a lot but will take some getting used to. Use the favorites menu. Everything is pretty much forced onto the center screen. Sometimes Mini does things to be cute rather than practical. Rather than a start button it uses a flag toggle key you turn off and on like an old fashioned key. If you have to change cars like I do it’s confusing. 2. Center console. Basically, there is not one. There’s a little clam shaped compartment the size of a clutch purse. The armrest doesn’t open. Wasted potential. You will hate this if you are used to piling layers of stuff in a huge center console. Glove box is minimal, too. Neutral. 1. There’s no screen behind the wheel but there is a heads up display. Frankly, after awhile I don’t miss it at all. The heads up is excellent but it takes a little getting used to. 2. Suspension is a bit stiff like all Mini’s. Makes it sporty but trade off is feeling most road imperfections. It does take the top off bumps well but it’s a trade off. In summary, the reliability has been good AFTER the electronics updates and most things work well. It is just so fun to drive and look at inside and out that really I am not sure what I’d rather drive. You might cross shop the BMW X1 and see which works better for you. You cannot beat Mini interiors though for just pure fun and the driving matches on what is a practical Mini for a family. Oh, I got it to tow a camper but I have yet to do that. That is a great new addition in my book. I will probably get a kayak trailer.

This is a fun car and a nice drive, would recommend for anyone looking to buy a newer car on the market. Looks great and drives great.

This is our third MINI. We have a 2008 Cooper and a 2013 Countryman. It's become an addiction. Usually, by the time we pay off a vehicle we want to replace it. Not with MINI. We love ours and the 2016 Countryman is no exception. It's larger than the 2013, but it's still familiar. I'm the shortest at 5'9". Hubby is just under 6' and our son is 6'2". We all feel like the MINI's were designed for tall people. We refer to them as TARDISes because they are bigger on the inside. Smooth ride. Comfortable handling. Safe. Extremely reliable. Stylish. Would highly recommend.

Bought a new 2011 Countryman S, Rare Surf Blue w/black wheels. Great fun. Fast, Comfortable, Reliable. Moved out of CA in 2015 and sold the Mini because I thought the roads in the new southern state wouldn't be the best ride. Big Mistake! Could kick myself for selling it!

This my second Cooper S Countryman ALL4. My first I had for only two months, a 2013. I was T-boned in an intersection by a BMW X2 Hit with such force that both vehicles were non repairable. I walked away from what could have been a disaster. I absolutely love my 2017 Countryman S it is yards above the 2013 in every category. I am perplexed about the lack of satellite radio and other electronic features but I still love this car. Great build quality and styling for the used price of a 4 year old Hyundai or Kia. I'm glad I purchased again.

Transports more than other 4 door cars. Drives fantastic. Smooth, yet sporty and nimble ride, with plenty of quick acceleration when needed. Very reliable, with easy maintenance.

I thought this car would be too small, but the interior is surprisingly roomy. The feel of it is great. The whistles and bells are wonderful and it fits great in my garage! Only had it a few days, but loving it.

I’ve been looking for a Cadillac Escalade for over four months and with absolutely nothing local to my area of Upstate NY I felt the need to explore internet searches. From the moment I first saw this vehicle on Cars.Com I was impressed with the ad presented by Foley Motorsports. The video content, detailed description, financials and pertinent data was all at my fingertips for review. My first e-mail correspondence with salesman Greg Ostrander was impressive. With attention to details he was able to guide me through most elements about the vehicle with no second guessing or (let me check on that) type of response. I loves mini, its simple cute and small car but has power. And the space isnt too bad. The gas consumption is also not much. A bit expensive for maintaining but its worth it.

I've not driven it yet, but we investigated everything from the variable valve system to the turbo charger and watched a video of a complete teardown of the engine. We were so impressed that even before finishing the purchase of the one we were already looking for another one. This engine is AMAZING!! Can't WAIT to drive it!! And with a 6 Speed manual? COME ON YOU LITTLE BEAUTY!!!

This car has great character and is fun to drive. It has great pick up with the turbo charged engine but can also be driven in green mode to save on mileage. Mini design is impeccable. They thought of every detail for function and style. I have no complaints about this car other than the parts can be pricey. This is truly the best car I have ever owned.

On April 30th, 2021 I had an appointment at Prime Toyota for a humming sound I heard when I turn the steering wheel. At 6 am. I parked my car and left the keys in the dropoff box. Came back and pickup the car not checking the entire car. As soon as I got home with the car I noticed the right passenger side had dents and scratches. I called Prime and the call went to voice mail. My mistake one i never check the car before leaving the dealership and second when I call back I was very frustrated and didn't leave a message. I called the next morning and spoke with Lacey DaRose who told me to bring the car in. I drove all the way to Prime Toyota West Roxbury. Lacey went and spoke with the Fixed Ops Director Malinda Burgos who spoke to me like was stupid telling me she's not arguing. She then told me she would fix the car and gave me a rental within a week, I told her to put it in writing and she wrote on one of her business cards and gave it to me.Here's my intake on all this, You never inconvenience a customer. She should have taken the car the same day to have it fixed and gave me a car . She told me to give her a week to call and let me know when a rental will be available . A week for me is a liftime especially the incident happen right there at the dealership. I gave her 3 business days. I called on the third business day and left her a messages she never called back. I was very upset the forth day and drove up to Prime Toyota, and met Alwin customer relations at the new Parkway Toyota and he made my day. I told him what had happened and he took care of the problem right away. He took my car and have it sent to the body shop and gave me a rental. Also Jason DaSilver both gentlemen were awesome and I honestly had no intention of going back to this dealership until I met these professional men. I just want to say thank you to Alwin from customer Relations and Jason Dasilver for such great customer service and your my only reason for going back to this dealership. Your both truly remarkable.Thanks so much!

Love the room inside and the great options really impressive more comfort than expected and the styling is great really happy with this purchase the three cylinder engine with turbo is surprisingly powerful
