I scheduled an oil change, same day by phone and was told it would take 90 minutes to 2 hours. I was courteously greeted by Ashlyn, my service rep (who seemed to know a lot from a discussion she had with one of the service persons) and found a comfortable area in the waiting room. After an hour I was sent a link to a video inspection where they said the engine air filter was still clean enough to not need replacement and when they lifted the car, all was in order underneath. This reminded me to ask for a tire rotation, which they did. The car was ready in 90 minutes from when I got in.

A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

After reading reviews and ratings for the top brands of SUV hybrids, shopping around for a few weeks, and then driving each one, I decided on the Honda CR-V. I didn’t have any bad experiences at the various dealerships. (Thank goodness dealerships are clearly making attempts to change their image and processes). Bought a 2023 Mini Countryman ALL4 John Cooper Works Edition of the car, and received my order last summer. Simply put, the performance is AMAZING. Put it in Sport Mode (a minor inconvenience), and it becomes a force to be reckoned with, especially to those unaware of this car’s capabilities. It’s marketed as a Mini—SUV, and I think that’s a fair categorization. Still have plenty of room for passengers, groceries,!etc, without sacrificing much, if any, performance. My only complaints? Difficult/clumsy control mechanism to get into Sport Mode, no native Android support, and rear windows are awkwardly installed, and have been “properly aligned” with remainder of car, instead of giving the appearance of being aligned with front/rear windows. In summation, this car performs better than its competition (a 2L inline 4cylinder, lightly turbocharged/intercooled, AWD, pretty aesthetics, and lots of opportunities for upgrades, beyond 301HP, 331FT/LBS Torque, and you have a contender for “production car SLEEPER OF THE YEAR!”), like the other “hot hatches”. Everytime my wife or I drive it, we NOW take turns.(she was bitten by the Mini bug) driving it EVERYWHERE, from trips to work, to the grocery store, and vacation driving. You really have to drive a JCW in Sport Mode to appreciate what I’ve said. Anyhow, these are my impressions on this amazing little car. Worth every penny, not getting rid of or replacing it, anytime soon!

Bought my 2015 last fall looks great drives great alot of fun . Faster than it looks . Not a extreme cold weather car . Handles great on snowy roads . I'm a bigger guy plenty of room . Would not want to sit behind me . I'd buy another

Bought it new. Hard to tell that it's almost 8yrs old. Third Mini, first automatic. Very nimble and good acceleration. Love the heads up display and love love the power folding mirrors and side driver visor. Seats are very comfortable and have an extension for longer legs available. Haven't been able to figure out how to delete older phones from the bluetooth or unwanted addresses from the nav system tho. Biggest drawback for me is that the nearest dealer is 1.5 hrs away. But they do offer a valet service to pick up the car if scheduled in advance. It's not the most inexpensive to repair but what vehicle is nowadays.

After 23 years of driving minivans and SUVs, I was ready for a change. I love my 2016 Mini Cooper S 4 door. with the 6 speed manual transmission. Car is great to drive, gets okay mileage (25+mpg) and is surprisingly practical.

Dealership was easy to find. Employees were very nice and great to deal with. Salesman seemed to have a lot of experience in the car selling/buying business. Some dealerships will try and rip you off, I had no such experience here at South Street Auto Sales. Owner of the dealership stepped in on my purchase to make sure all was going well. I bought a brand new 2013 Mitsubishi Evo with under 200 miles on it. Walked out saving a lot of money. I recommend this dealership to anyone. Nice antique cars to look at when waiting around. I did have to wait a decent amount of time because the finance manager was busy with other customers. No problem for me with the deal I walked away with.

This my second Cooper S Countryman ALL4. My first I had for only two months, a 2013. I was T-boned in an intersection by a BMW X2 Hit with such force that both vehicles were non repairable. I walked away from what could have been a disaster. I absolutely love my 2017 Countryman S it is yards above the 2013 in every category. I am perplexed about the lack of satellite radio and other electronic features but I still love this car. Great build quality and styling for the used price of a 4 year old Hyundai or Kia. I'm glad I purchased again.

We bought a car with Julio 2 weeks ago and couldn’t be happier. Sales staff was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I've not driven it yet, but we investigated everything from the variable valve system to the turbo charger and watched a video of a complete teardown of the engine. Fun to drive. Handles the road with lots of power and great gas mileage. Trunk space is ok, but you have to be a good packer Good interior room for a small convertible .

The car looks great 7800 + miles price was right - but found a defective spoiler the convertible roof doesn’t operate noisy windshield squealing noise middle air vents (no heat or air) bottom line for only 57000 + miles it has some issues

When it was newer the engine had some issues and a couple of recalls. I had the engine replaced because of a piece of metal getting into a cylinder. That when it was 10 years old and had 105,000 miles on it. Since then mostly maintenance. I do some myself. I enjoy driving it more than any car I've had before. The fastest, best handling and most economical, gas wise of any of them. I've gotten as much as 44mpg with it on a trip. Only mods I made to the engine are a K&N air filter cleanable cartridge and a blow off valve for the turbocharger.

I actually own 2 MINI Coupe models, and absolutely love driving them both. These cars emphasize FUN! The steering and road handling is tight (not at all “squirrelly”) The agility is similar to a “Go Kart” making it a pure joy to drive. Although it is the most mini of the MINI, this coupe delivers ENORMOUS FUN! The model has been discontinued, which makes the car very unique, rare and perhaps collectible.

The total shopping / purchasing experience was relatively painless and enjoyable. The dealerships business processes and staff were very personable and professional. I would highly recommend this dealership and auto to my family and friends.

I am on my 2nd Countryman! I was always a Mercedes driver as I had 8 of them. I was looking for something a little taller with plenty of room.
