Friendly staff. My car was done quickly and got it back in a few hours great that the car was fully detailed and they filled the tires at no charge or asking.

Review for service. Reliable, good communications through their messaging app. Wish service advisors could be a touch warmer and authentic with customers. Bonus would be more promotions for regular customers, but even without that, overall good place to get car serviced.

I had no choice, my car of 20 years, which I bought brand new in 1999 was done. With so many websites ( I looked at several), I was not sure where to go. Then someone mentioned Car Max to me. I looked on line and saw a few cars I was interested in. The next weekend I drove to Colma to checked out and test drive a couple of cars. I decided to ask about Hybrids...you had 2. I test drove one of them and could not resist. I bought it. I was very impressed with the buying process. It was quick, easy and believe it or not relaxing since the sales person completed the paper work for me. Yes, I had to sign several sheets but that was a given. Something I was dreading for the past two years, was so surprisingly easy I couldn't believe it!!!

This is a fun car and a nice drive, would recommend for anyone looking to buy a newer car on the market. Looks great and drives great.

I thought this car would be too small, but the interior is surprisingly roomy. The feel of it is great. The whistles and bells are wonderful and it fits great in my garage! Only had it a few days, but loving it.

It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.

It has plenty of legroom in the front and back. It has 1 USB port. The car was special ordered. Fun to drive with almost all of the options.

I did not have a good experience at Seramonte Subaru So I looked up 2019 Subaru Outback posted on Albany Subaru. I live in SF so it was a trip for me but I thought I give them a chance and sure enough I was treated with a respect and courtecy by salesrep , mr.Jan James . To make it short,I ended up buying the car mainly because He was more proffessional than people at Seramonte even a Finance manager was very cordial, not pushy at all . They usually try to convince you to buy extra this and that but they were very nice about it. Not like "You were making a big mistake not adding those options " which I got from other dealer. I've bought two cars and sold four cars through these guys. One of the best smaller, specialty and high-end car dealerships you can do business with IMO. Quality cars that are sold by honest guys with integrity. I mean that. The owner cares about running an honest business. There are so many other fly by night and sketchy shops you can deal with and this is not one of them. I trust these guys whole heartedly and they will always get my business where possible. They also can do awesome wraps, PPF, etc. They have a great services team as well. Highly recommended.

I LOVED my Mini Convertible but when the lease was up I decided to get something a little bigger to better fit my golf clubs AND my granddaughter and her stuff. When my lease expired I looked at lots of makes and models not knowing what I wanted... I came back to Mini Cooper and I love the huge panorama roof on the Clubman. There is enough room for my golf clubs to fit in the very back and I still have room for passengers. I love the zip of the turbo engine when I have it in Sport mode. The interior finishes are more upscale than other cars I looked at and the Infotainment system is very clear and easy to use. I got a really good price on a 2019 with very low miles. I feel like I got a good deal. It feels more sophisticated than my Mini Convertible. The Bose music system is great. I haven’t missed my convertible yet...I’m excited to drive it!

This is my second Mini convertible, my previous one was a 2007... I also own a 2014 Mini Clubman. I just LOVE this car!! Super fun to drive and "dress up" with little customizations. I have the "S" model in an automatic now and, unfortunately, it's not as good on gas as my '07 manual was, but hey, it's a small price to pay for so much fun!

I actually own 2 MINI Coupe models, and absolutely love driving them both. These cars emphasize FUN! The steering and road handling is tight (not at all “squirrelly”) The agility is similar to a “Go Kart” making it a pure joy to drive. Although it is the most mini of the MINI, this coupe delivers ENORMOUS FUN! The model has been discontinued, which makes the car very unique, rare and perhaps collectible.

I will more than likely never own another car again, the handling, the comfort, the aggressive acceleration and the look of the 2005 R53!!! Mini cooper S is the funnest car I've ever driven, also the most nimble, gives you the entire road to make whatever decision you wish. and will do exactly what you ask of it! I LOVE MY MINI!!!!

This car meets all my needs. Handles very well, is good on gas, pick up is zippy and very responsive and stylish. Based on this car, I would definitely buy another Mini.

Car drives just great! Quick off the start, great passing oompth on the freeway. I just put the transmission into the sport mode and hang on! Fun to drive, great gas mileage, excellent warranty. And, the best dealership (Mini of Montgomery County ) I have ever dealt with.

Transports more than other 4 door cars. Drives fantastic. Smooth, yet sporty and nimble ride, with plenty of quick acceleration when needed. Very reliable, with easy maintenance.
