It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.

I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle at the AutoMax in Framingham. I have bought many cars in my lifetime but I can honestly say, this was one of the best car buying experiences I've had in a long time. This was my first time at AutoMax of Framingham and I was able to find the right vehicle, with the right options and at a fair price (compared to your competitors). However, what really made the experience worthwhile and very appreciable was the salesperson Matheus. "Matt" is really a great salesperson. Much different from others I have met and dealt with. This is our third MINI. We have a 2008 Cooper and a 2013 Countryman. It's become an addiction. Usually, by the time we pay off a vehicle we want to replace it. Not with MINI. We love ours and the 2016 Countryman is no exception. It's larger than the 2013, but it's still familiar. I'm the shortest at 5'9". Hubby is just under 6' and our son is 6'2". We all feel like the MINI's were designed for tall people. We refer to them as TARDISes because they are bigger on the inside. Smooth ride. Comfortable handling. Safe. Extremely reliable. Stylish. Would highly recommend.

The condition of the Porsche was exactly as described, and when it arrived, it was even better than expected—immaculate, with every feature working flawlessly. It was clear that the car had been meticulously cared for, and the quality of the vehicle far surpassed anything I’ve ever experienced in a used car. Not to mention and without my asking Tim included a second key fob at no additional ask or charge to ensure I had two as it would have come with when purchased new. The delivery process itself was smooth and efficient. The car arrived on time, in pristine condition, and with a full inspection report included. It was evident that the team cared about customer satisfaction and that they were willing to put in the extra effort to ensure I was thrilled with my purchase. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail and customer care Tim gave me from start to finish. I’ve owned several high-end cars, but this was by far the most seamless and satisfying purchase I’ve ever made and I can be picky. This my second Cooper S Countryman ALL4. My first I had for only two months, a 2013. I was T-boned in an intersection by a BMW X2 Hit with such force that both vehicles were non repairable. I walked away from what could have been a disaster. I absolutely love my 2017 Countryman S it is yards above the 2013 in every category. I am perplexed about the lack of satellite radio and other electronic features but I still love this car. Great build quality and styling for the used price of a 4 year old Hyundai or Kia. I'm glad I purchased again.

Bought it new. Hard to tell that it's almost 8yrs old. Third Mini, first automatic. Very nimble and good acceleration. Love the heads up display and love love the power folding mirrors and side driver visor. Seats are very comfortable and have an extension for longer legs available. Haven't been able to figure out how to delete older phones from the bluetooth or unwanted addresses from the nav system tho. Biggest drawback for me is that the nearest dealer is 1.5 hrs away. But they do offer a valet service to pick up the car if scheduled in advance. It's not the most inexpensive to repair but what vehicle is nowadays.

Bought a 2018 Mini Countryman Base model pre owned and have loved everyday with it. Only had one issue and that being something with the Valve Gas Breather. I have yet to fix it yet and it’s been about 3 months. Doesn’t cause any noticeable performance issue (besides the decrease in fuel mileage), just the check engine light on. Other than that, I drive this around the island. Very easy to park and maneuver around. I am planning on getting the newer Mini Countryman about 2 years after they’re released so they can work out all the kinks and stuff.

On April 30th, 2021 I had an appointment at Prime Toyota for a humming sound I heard when I turn the steering wheel. At 6 am. I parked my car and left the keys in the dropoff box. Came back and pickup the car not checking the entire car. As soon as I got home with the car I noticed the right passenger side had dents and scratches. I called Prime and the call went to voice mail. My mistake one i never check the car before leaving the dealership and second when I call back I was very frustrated and didn't leave a message. I called the next morning and spoke with Lacey DaRose who told me to bring the car in. I drove all the way to Prime Toyota West Roxbury. Lacey went and spoke with the Fixed Ops Director Malinda Burgos who spoke to me like was stupid telling me she's not arguing. She then told me she would fix the car and gave me a rental within a week, I told her to put it in writing and she wrote on one of her business cards and gave it to me.Here's my intake on all this, You never inconvenience a customer. She should have taken the car the same day to have it fixed and gave me a car . She told me to give her a week to call and let me know when a rental will be available . A week for me is a liftime especially the incident happen right there at the dealership. I gave her 3 business days. I called on the third business day and left her a messages she never called back. I was very upset the forth day and drove up to Prime Toyota, and met Alwin customer relations at the new Parkway Toyota and he made my day. I told him what had happened and he took care of the problem right away. He took my car and have it sent to the body shop and gave me a rental. Also Jason DaSilver both gentlemen were awesome and I honestly had no intention of going back to this dealership until I met these professional men. I just want to say thank you to Alwin from customer Relations and Jason Dasilver for such great customer service and your my only reason for going back to this dealership. Your both truly remarkable.Thanks so much!

Love the room inside and the great options really impressive more comfort than expected and the styling is great really happy with this purchase the three cylinder engine with turbo is surprisingly powerful

Since the 90’s I have owned 5 used BMWs. Once you drive them you don’t change horses. I have been bringing them for service there since 2009. Great service and no need to wait for parts as in other garages. They are stocked. And they treat the earlier models (older) BMW customers as well as they treat someone who is either buying a brand new one or has a new one. They run the cars through the wash when finished and wipe down the interior and vacuum - and it is a very classy touch. The wifi is strong so you can get work done when you are waiting for a repair. It’s painless.

I love, love, love my new Cooper S convertible! She is paying for herself in compliments already. Literally everywhere I go, someone stops me and says "your car is so cute!" She is so fun to drive and it isn't even convertible weather yet lol. I ordered black on black and I couldn't be happier with the aesthetics and performance! I hope she and I have mini happy years together!!

Fun to drive. Handles the road with lots of power and great gas mileage. Trunk space is ok, but you have to be a good packer Good interior room for a small convertible .

I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

This is my second Mini convertible, my previous one was a 2007... I also own a 2014 Mini Clubman. I just LOVE this car!! Super fun to drive and "dress up" with little customizations. I have the "S" model in an automatic now and, unfortunately, it's not as good on gas as my '07 manual was, but hey, it's a small price to pay for so much fun!

Hands-down, best used car dealership out there. Daughter, looking for a Volvo C 30 and hit the jackpot. Not only was Tony very responsive, so many things were addressed and fixed prior to us even asking. He even drove the car for quite a bit to make sure everything was fine and when there was an issue discovered with the front end, it was immediately addressed. I would absolutely drive back out to purchase another used vehicle, very honest and goes the extra mile! Very satisfied with the entire transaction.

I have owned my 2915 John Cooper Works roadster for 5 years now. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my little car. I had a Charger RT and wanted something small. I didn't want to give up on power tho. I found my car online by total accident. What LUCK!!! People ask me about it everywhere i go. I tell them good luck finding one. Lol

Still relatively new with just over 200mls, but a fun car to run around in. Comfortable ride and pretty zippy with the turbo. Quite surprised how roomy for a small car and can’t wait for a trip to see if it’s comfortable after a few hours in the car

This car meets and exceeds all needs. It is small but much more roomy than expected on the inside. It comfortably seats 4 people and the heated seats are a huge bonus.
