Bianco is great place to buy a car, they have great used cars at affordable prices. Both Frank and Ed are very helpful they’ll get out of their way to help their customers when something goes wrong with the vehicles they sell. When my car broke down they fixed it at no cost, they replaced a mass air flow sensor all oxygen sensors, two catalytic converters both front and back and a tune up if thats not enough. This is a reputable business, honest, and transparent, I will buy another vehicle from them when the time comes.

I just purchased a 2003 Mercedes SL 500 from Jordan. He was very honest and straightfoward and there was no haggling on price. I asked about having the vehicle inspected and they transported it a mercedes specialist shop. There were repairs that shop said needed and they paid to have the repairs done. No argument . Was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Tamir (the car guy) is great, very knowledgeable and up front with you. Mary (the numbers gal) is great at crunching those numbers for getting you the best deal. Even taking a few days working with 3 or four banks to get the right payment to fit that budget. That's why I love this dealership so much and why me and my family has purchase 4 vehicles from them over the past few years. Even with interest rates and cars prices going up and up. You can still get a deal at this dealership. Their slogan is so true. Come as a stranger and leave as a friend is so true! Anyone who knows me, knows how much I hate buying cars. They also know that I rarely write reviews. Despite that, my recent purchase from Dan Martins Auto Depot makes me what to share my experience. Our 1998 V70 served us well for the past 20 years, but had some issues that would prevent it from passing NYS inspection. I decided to look at possible replacements. Initially, I was thinking about picking up a 2-3 year old car, but wasn’t crazy about the current styles. Looking on-line, I happened upon a 2007 V70 at Dan Martins that looked like it checked all of the boxes. The mileage was low for its age, the condition seemed perfect, it appeared to be well maintained, and the long roof wagon provided lots of room for our two dogs. I don’t make car buying decisions very fast, so I mulled it over for a while before contacting Dan Martins about its availability (and asking my wife for permission to consider it). Peter promptly replied and sent me a link with loads of pictures that clearly showed the car’s condition. He told me that they had carefully gone over the car and what parts they replaced. The free CarFax showed that the car had been carefully maintained by its previous two owners. The ‘problem’?—I live about 300 miles away from Yonkers, outside Rochester, NY. I toyed with taking the bus or train down to Yonkers to see it and possibly drive it back. Peter was so easy to deal with, that I had confidence to buy the car, without seeing it in person. I wired the money, Peter found a very reasonable shipper to truck it to me, and a few days later, the car was in my driveway. The car was exactly as described, if not better. I feel like I have a new car, at a fraction of the cost. I told Peter, that he made the entire sales process to be as easy as buying something on Amazon. After buying this car, I may not wait another 20 years to buy my next. I highly recommend, without hesitation, Dan Martins Auto Depot and especially, Peter. For me, it was a welcome change to the car buying experience.

Although the car I wanted was already sold, the man I spoke with was very nice and offered to call me if the buyer backed out. I would definitely consider Bianco in the future
