Can't say enough about the folks at BMW of Henderson. We were in the market for a new X3. We had met with Feri Fereidouni about a month ago, but were not quite ready to pull the trigger. This week, we set up a second appointment with her - and she found us our dream car. I've always felt that the process of buying a car is much akin to going to the dentist for a root canal. I have had my Countryman S for about 7 months and 2000 miles (I have two other cars). It’s Chili Red with Petrol Blue interior. My favorite points are 1. The interior. If you love interesting fun interiors as I do then you will love it. If you try to avoid black interiors and exteriors you eliminate 90% of the cars other make. With Mini, you can get perhaps the most fun interiors anywhere and the Vescin seems comfortable enough. Just with they had ventilated seats. 2. Power, FINALLY Mini got a full BMW tune given you pay about the same price. It is plenty quick and I get 33-36mpg on the highway all the time. Drops much lower zooming around town. 3. Appearance and layout. I like the unique appearance, low roof line for kayaks and plenty of room for the kind of car it is. Negatives: 1. Electronics. Had several updates since I bought it and it has improved a lot but will take some getting used to. Use the favorites menu. Everything is pretty much forced onto the center screen. Sometimes Mini does things to be cute rather than practical. Rather than a start button it uses a flag toggle key you turn off and on like an old fashioned key. If you have to change cars like I do it’s confusing. 2. Center console. Basically, there is not one. There’s a little clam shaped compartment the size of a clutch purse. The armrest doesn’t open. Wasted potential. You will hate this if you are used to piling layers of stuff in a huge center console. Glove box is minimal, too. Neutral. 1. There’s no screen behind the wheel but there is a heads up display. Frankly, after awhile I don’t miss it at all. The heads up is excellent but it takes a little getting used to. 2. Suspension is a bit stiff like all Mini’s. Makes it sporty but trade off is feeling most road imperfections. It does take the top off bumps well but it’s a trade off. In summary, the reliability has been good AFTER the electronics updates and most things work well. It is just so fun to drive and look at inside and out that really I am not sure what I’d rather drive. You might cross shop the BMW X1 and see which works better for you. You cannot beat Mini interiors though for just pure fun and the driving matches on what is a practical Mini for a family. Oh, I got it to tow a camper but I have yet to do that. That is a great new addition in my book. I will probably get a kayak trailer.

I saw the car I wanted on cars.com I emailed the dealer and they quickly responded. They held the car for me and I went in a bought it the following day. I was at the dealer for maybe 1 hour.. in and out.. best buying experience yet. My sales rep. Noted a few small requests I asked for and they were done before I took the car home.

It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.

Excellent Headroom, Excellent Legroom for a six footer, Plenty of Power with the 3 Cylinder, Not much room for a mother-in-law in the back seat, that`s okay.

On Jan 12th I went in to see a 2019 Jeep Wrangler. The salesperson, Vince, was very helpful and professional. I made it known that I would be paying in full and no financing. He didn’t waste my time and not longer than 5min the Manager, Vinny, came and made me an offer that we were both happy with. Was so worried that they’d drag negotiations forever like at other dealerships. They made it quick and painless. Will definitely recommend to others.

I acquired a Mini Countryman S, and it is a really fun vehicle! It has an engine and styling by engineering partner BMW, a Japanese transmission, and is assembled in the Netherlands. Here comes the BUT....be sure to at least be in the S (sport) level. The standard vehicle just does not produce the power that this larger and heavier vehicle needs. Also. be aware that this vehicle has a double clutch. Be sure you understand what that is before investing in this type of car. I personally wanted a car with personality that I would not see a million clones of on the road, such as the ubiquitous Nissan Rogue. There are some quirks I could do without, like the goofy accent lighting and counter intuitive door handles and hard to get used to gear stick. But there are attractive trim level upgrades that make this a fantastic vehicle, as well as some standard features...like the panoramic sunroof and roof rails. I suggest the sport seats, the power lift boot gate, the JCW steering wheel and Mini Connect. The Premium package is a great choice. I don't personally care for the ALL4 (4 wheel drive), as it's a 3k upgrade that I didn't find worth the extra money when driving an ALL4. My vehicle has the extremely fun paddle shifters, combine it with Sport Mode, and this car is the epitome of a total blast! Reliability you say? I was worried about that too, as like many car brands MINI is notorious. Well, they are changing perceptions. Routine Maintenance is included, paired with a decent warranty and the option to buy additional mechanical coverage...not a bad deal for 22 bucks a month for extended mechanical protection. I was seeking a smaller, stylish, zippy, sporty SUV with luxury finishes....and MINI fits that bill. Give MINI a try if you've never driven one!

I drive 750 miles to buy a mini countryman JCW from this dealer because the miles were very low and the price was reasonable. When i got there, i discovered i'd left my title at home, but the team bent over backwards to help find a work around, and were very polite too. They gave me a fair number on my trade in, and in all respects treated me like a valued customer...an experience i did not have the week before at a dealership in Kentucky.

This is my 6th BMW purchase d from this CarMax. Because of the Pandemic, this process is a little bit hectic. Lots of steps now to complete the purchase. The employees have to work a lot more to protect both the Buyer as well as the CarMax employees. I waited around a lot before I was able too complete my purchased. I was ok with that though as it was done for my safety. I would still come back again for any further purchases. The end result sent me home with my new 2016 BMW M5. I’m happy. Thank You!!

The Mini Cooper is the most fun, stylish, and dependable car I have ever owned. It feels safe, it is fun to drive, and gets great gas mileage.

I’ve owned my 2010 mini cooper base for 5 years now and let me tell you i am OBSESSED with it. bought the car with a small coolant leak, and fixing that was a little pricey, but other than that i’ve had zero issues with it. super comfortable, no cosmetic issues inside or out, and drives me around! I live in an incredibly small town, so i can go 3 months on one tank of gas.
