I have had my Countryman S for about 7 months and 2000 miles (I have two other cars). It’s Chili Red with Petrol Blue interior. My favorite points are 1. The interior. If you love interesting fun interiors as I do then you will love it. If you try to avoid black interiors and exteriors you eliminate 90% of the cars other make. With Mini, you can get perhaps the most fun interiors anywhere and the Vescin seems comfortable enough. Just with they had ventilated seats. 2. Power, FINALLY Mini got a full BMW tune given you pay about the same price. It is plenty quick and I get 33-36mpg on the highway all the time. Drops much lower zooming around town. 3. Appearance and layout. I like the unique appearance, low roof line for kayaks and plenty of room for the kind of car it is. Negatives: 1. Electronics. Had several updates since I bought it and it has improved a lot but will take some getting used to. Use the favorites menu. Everything is pretty much forced onto the center screen. Sometimes Mini does things to be cute rather than practical. Rather than a start button it uses a flag toggle key you turn off and on like an old fashioned key. If you have to change cars like I do it’s confusing. 2. Center console. Basically, there is not one. There’s a little clam shaped compartment the size of a clutch purse. The armrest doesn’t open. Wasted potential. You will hate this if you are used to piling layers of stuff in a huge center console. Glove box is minimal, too. Neutral. 1. There’s no screen behind the wheel but there is a heads up display. Frankly, after awhile I don’t miss it at all. The heads up is excellent but it takes a little getting used to. 2. Suspension is a bit stiff like all Mini’s. Makes it sporty but trade off is feeling most road imperfections. It does take the top off bumps well but it’s a trade off. In summary, the reliability has been good AFTER the electronics updates and most things work well. It is just so fun to drive and look at inside and out that really I am not sure what I’d rather drive. You might cross shop the BMW X1 and see which works better for you. You cannot beat Mini interiors though for just pure fun and the driving matches on what is a practical Mini for a family. Oh, I got it to tow a camper but I have yet to do that. That is a great new addition in my book. I will probably get a kayak trailer.

Bought a 2023 Mini Countryman ALL4 John Cooper Works Edition of the car, and received my order last summer. Simply put, the performance is AMAZING. Put it in Sport Mode (a minor inconvenience), and it becomes a force to be reckoned with, especially to those unaware of this car’s capabilities. It’s marketed as a Mini—SUV, and I think that’s a fair categorization. Still have plenty of room for passengers, groceries,!etc, without sacrificing much, if any, performance. My only complaints? Difficult/clumsy control mechanism to get into Sport Mode, no native Android support, and rear windows are awkwardly installed, and have been “properly aligned” with remainder of car, instead of giving the appearance of being aligned with front/rear windows. In summation, this car performs better than its competition (a 2L inline 4cylinder, lightly turbocharged/intercooled, AWD, pretty aesthetics, and lots of opportunities for upgrades, beyond 301HP, 331FT/LBS Torque, and you have a contender for “production car SLEEPER OF THE YEAR!”), like the other “hot hatches”. Everytime my wife or I drive it, we NOW take turns.(she was bitten by the Mini bug) driving it EVERYWHERE, from trips to work, to the grocery store, and vacation driving. You really have to drive a JCW in Sport Mode to appreciate what I’ve said. Anyhow, these are my impressions on this amazing little car. Worth every penny, not getting rid of or replacing it, anytime soon!

We were looking for an Audi Q3 for my daughter. We visited several other dealerships that had some, but they were missing one thing or another (I.e. S line, ambient lighting, colored interior, touch screen etc). A quick Google search showed us one at Conway and when we called, Juan told us all about the Q3 that we seen. Immediately, we advised Juan we were on our way to take a look at it. Juan advised that he would pull it up front and have it ready for us. He did exactly that! While we were pulling up, Juan was parking in the front of the business! It was love at first sight! Right away, my daughter knew, as did her parents, that this was it! From start to finish, Juan was great and helped us with everything we asked for! We love her new vehicle and would recommend Conway to all! This my second Cooper S Countryman ALL4. My first I had for only two months, a 2013. I was T-boned in an intersection by a BMW X2 Hit with such force that both vehicles were non repairable. I walked away from what could have been a disaster. I absolutely love my 2017 Countryman S it is yards above the 2013 in every category. I am perplexed about the lack of satellite radio and other electronic features but I still love this car. Great build quality and styling for the used price of a 4 year old Hyundai or Kia. I'm glad I purchased again.

I was willing to pay Carmax’ $199 to ship a Subaru Ascent to Memphis. When I tried to send in that payment it got rejected. No amount of effort on my part was able to get it to go. So I gave up.

I bought my 1st MINI in 2014, had 4 since then, my son totaled two Countrymans in ‘22, the other two he is not allowed to enter. I would recommend it day and night, fun cars to drive, worth every penny, makes you feel great, it is just perfect in every way. Keep building them “MINI”

Ali and his staff at Multi Autos are easy to deal with, they have a great staff from the receptionist to his porter they are all very friendly. Ali had a very good price on a 2014 Camaro with low miles, they also gave me a fair trade value for my 2012 Camaro. The paper work was quick and easy. Ali even gave me a 30 day warranty at no charge! They have a wide variety of vehicles on hand. Keep in mind that they are a used car dealer and you’ll need to do your own inspection. Bought my 2015 last fall looks great drives great alot of fun . Faster than it looks . Not a extreme cold weather car . Handles great on snowy roads . I'm a bigger guy plenty of room . Would not want to sit behind me . I'd buy another

Excitement for the money? This car is hard to beat. Turbo charged 181hp with a 6 spd auto transmission means big smile everytime you get in. The styling is definitely MINI but truly unique and you'll be noticed around town.

Bought a new 2011 Countryman S, Rare Surf Blue w/black wheels. Great fun. Fast, Comfortable, Reliable. Moved out of CA in 2015 and sold the Mini because I thought the roads in the new southern state wouldn't be the best ride. Big Mistake! Could kick myself for selling it!

I am on my 2nd Countryman! I was always a Mercedes driver as I had 8 of them. I was looking for something a little taller with plenty of room. I needed all wheel drive and I ended up with so much more. This car is sporty, fun great on the snow and so much room. Also let me highlight it is great on gas. I have had a very good experience with the sales team! I bought with Evan Williams. He still checks in! The service department is so professional and I can't say enough positive things about Mini in Glencoe!
