Sales executive Klevis Toska orchestrated the entire process and demonstrated superb product knowledge and managing every aspect of the sales cycle. His knowledge of the complex car’s information displays was extremely helpful. Service and tech support were also top level. The entire purchase and learning the car’s capabilities and accessing its functions displays were very professionally presented. A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

I have had my Countryman S for about 7 months and 2000 miles (I have two other cars). It’s Chili Red with Petrol Blue interior. My favorite points are 1. The interior. If you love interesting fun interiors as I do then you will love it. If you try to avoid black interiors and exteriors you eliminate 90% of the cars other make. With Mini, you can get perhaps the most fun interiors anywhere and the Vescin seems comfortable enough. Just with they had ventilated seats. 2. Power, FINALLY Mini got a full BMW tune given you pay about the same price. It is plenty quick and I get 33-36mpg on the highway all the time. Drops much lower zooming around town. 3. Appearance and layout. I like the unique appearance, low roof line for kayaks and plenty of room for the kind of car it is. Negatives: 1. Electronics. Had several updates since I bought it and it has improved a lot but will take some getting used to. Use the favorites menu. Everything is pretty much forced onto the center screen. Sometimes Mini does things to be cute rather than practical. Rather than a start button it uses a flag toggle key you turn off and on like an old fashioned key. If you have to change cars like I do it’s confusing. 2. Center console. Basically, there is not one. There’s a little clam shaped compartment the size of a clutch purse. The armrest doesn’t open. Wasted potential. You will hate this if you are used to piling layers of stuff in a huge center console. Glove box is minimal, too. Neutral. 1. There’s no screen behind the wheel but there is a heads up display. Frankly, after awhile I don’t miss it at all. The heads up is excellent but it takes a little getting used to. 2. Suspension is a bit stiff like all Mini’s. Makes it sporty but trade off is feeling most road imperfections. It does take the top off bumps well but it’s a trade off. In summary, the reliability has been good AFTER the electronics updates and most things work well. It is just so fun to drive and look at inside and out that really I am not sure what I’d rather drive. You might cross shop the BMW X1 and see which works better for you. You cannot beat Mini interiors though for just pure fun and the driving matches on what is a practical Mini for a family. Oh, I got it to tow a camper but I have yet to do that. That is a great new addition in my book. I will probably get a kayak trailer.

We were in the market for a new car and the Mazda CX-5 was one of our choices. We were greeted in the parking lot by Damien Rivera who asked us if he could show us anything. We did a test drive and liked the car very much. We didn't care for the black interior and asked if they had one with a lighter interior. He found us a red one with parchment interior and everything else about it was perfect. We talked pricing and Damien told us about benefits of leasing and purchasing, as well as any drawbacks. They gave us a good trade-in on our 10 yr old SUV that we had dropped off at another dealer for diagnostics. Damien called us two days later and told us our new car would be available for pickup once he got it detailed (about two hours after the phone call). He even went with us to the other dealer to get our stuff from our old car that was still sitting in the lot with no info about what was wrong after five days. We love our new car, Damien was a great salesman. Plus, everyone at Naples Mazda, from Insurance to Finance was excellent. We had two Mazda minivans years ago and loved them. This new Mazda is beautiful and we are happy we went to Mazda first to check out replacement cars.

Just bought a new car today at Car Max, and actually traded in my car that I previously bought from Car Max 2 years ago. I worked with Nick, who was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! I had talked to him yesterday while getting my car appraised and when we tried to set an appointment for me to come back to look at a car, we realized we worked almost the exact same hours. Nick so kindly offered to stay late so I could come at a time convenient to me. He did everything he could to make my experience as great as it could be, and he truly did an awesome job! He even ended up staying 3 hours after his shift was supposed to end, but he was so cheerful, you never would have known! Anyone looking for a car, definitely see Nick @ Car Max! I was initially unable to call this dealership, they have changed ownership recently and the phones only ring 2 or 3 times and then hang up. I eventually emailed them through cars.com and got a quick email and call back, which was great. I usually stress about dealership visits, but Howard (sales), Heiko (management), and Teo (finance) turned it into a breeze—quick, easy, and genuinely pressure-free. They explained every step clearly and had me driving off happy in no time. I will definitely return and refer friends....one thing I noticed when I sat down at Howard's desk is that customers have sent him Christmas cards...that's how you know you have somebody special. I feel like both sides came away from the deal satisfied, which is all anybody could really ask for. This has been the best experience I've had in 30 years of buying cars.

I bought a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado pickup from Stearns. When I saw the vehicle on Cars.com, the price looked good and the pics looked good, so I went over to check it out in person. When I test drove it, I found some issues; a couple of which I knew would be pretty expensive to repair. So, assuming that's why the price was so good, I told the salesman, Hector, that I liked the truck, but that there were some issues that needed resolving. Hector discussed the issues with Rod, the General Manager. I fully expected Rod to say "the reason it's priced this way is because of those issues, we're selling it 'as is'". Instead, Rod said "Let me see what I can do". When he came back, he said he would fix all the issues if I would buy the truck for basically the asking price (actually, a little less!). Given that price, I felt that was a VERY fair deal, but I reserved the right to test the truck afterwards to make sure everything was fixed. When Hector called me to say it was ready (a quick turnaround, too!), I checked it out and found everything to be fixed to my complete satisfaction. What more could I ask? I got a great price on a great vehicle! I am very impressed with the "no-bull, let's just make this work" attitude and the overall integrity of the sales staff there. I definitely recommend visiting Stearns if you are in the market for a pre-owned vehicle!!!
