This is a fun car and a nice drive, would recommend for anyone looking to buy a newer car on the market. Looks great and drives great.

It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.

This car is easy to drive, beautiful color, good on gas, handles well on cornering. Nice price and great tires too. This is my 3rd mini, so I love them!

I cannot recommend Eddie Aguilar at California Motors Direct enough! If you want a salesperson who is terrifically professional and truly on your side, this is the guy. We drove through two counties and fought a ton of traffic to make this deal happen, and Eddie was more than patient with our schedule. What really blew us away was that he and his manager stayed late just to ensure we left that night with the car we deserved. It felt like "NO" wasn't even in his work vocabulary—he ground out the details and made the numbers work perfectly for both the lender and me. The BMW i4 is running beautifully, and you weren't lying when you said I paid below market price! In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

Largest small car I’ve driven and great car for today’s times. Small enough to save money with today’s fuel prices yet big enough to carry everything needed to travel with family.

Transports more than other 4 door cars. Drives fantastic. Smooth, yet sporty and nimble ride, with plenty of quick acceleration when needed. Very reliable, with easy maintenance.

So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.

This my second Cooper S Countryman ALL4. My first I had for only two months, a 2013. I was T-boned in an intersection by a BMW X2 Hit with such force that both vehicles were non repairable. I walked away from what could have been a disaster. I absolutely love my 2017 Countryman S it is yards above the 2013 in every category. I am perplexed about the lack of satellite radio and other electronic features but I still love this car. Great build quality and styling for the used price of a 4 year old Hyundai or Kia. I'm glad I purchased again.

Bought a 2018 Mini Countryman Base model pre owned and have loved everyday with it. Only had one issue and that being something with the Valve Gas Breather. I have yet to fix it yet and it’s been about 3 months. Doesn’t cause any noticeable performance issue (besides the decrease in fuel mileage), just the check engine light on. Other than that, I drive this around the island. Very easy to park and maneuver around. I am planning on getting the newer Mini Countryman about 2 years after they’re released so they can work out all the kinks and stuff.

Excellent Headroom, Excellent Legroom for a six footer, Plenty of Power with the 3 Cylinder, Not much room for a mother-in-law in the back seat, that`s okay.

We managed to come to an agreement and purchased the car we wanted. There was not much negotiation, but the car was well priced to begin with. We agreed to pay $500 additional in order to drive the car away and have our mechanic inspect it. We got a week to report any issues and could return the car for a full refund if not satisfied by any necessary repairs. Ultimately the car checked out and the only problem was a piece of windshield trim that flew off on the way home. We negotiated a $200 refund and got the repair done by our mechanic so we didn’t have to drive the car back to the dealer. So far, so good.

This car turns heads! I get looks constantly due to the sleek look and the sound of the turbo. Not to mention it comes with a snazzy media player that is easy to use. I will definitely be buying Mini brand again!

I loves mini, its simple cute and small car but has power. And the space isnt too bad. The gas consumption is also not much. A bit expensive for maintaining but its worth it.

I love my Mini Cooper! 2013 base although base model very similar S same engine Dual sunroof on border diagnostics keyless entry 100 hundred secrets ! I’ve found most.! I haven’t up graded much I don’t buy rims. I don’t like silver. I Don’t like it doesn’t have hot cold gadge oh, you can check it on your diagnostics while driving. It does have child safety locks. Someone says it doesn’t it does as a matter fact you can set the exactly the way you want

I acquired a Mini Countryman S, and it is a really fun vehicle! It has an engine and styling by engineering partner BMW, a Japanese transmission, and is assembled in the Netherlands. Here comes the BUT....be sure to at least be in the S (sport) level. The standard vehicle just does not produce the power that this larger and heavier vehicle needs. Also. be aware that this vehicle has a double clutch. Be sure you understand what that is before investing in this type of car. I personally wanted a car with personality that I would not see a million clones of on the road, such as the ubiquitous Nissan Rogue. There are some quirks I could do without, like the goofy accent lighting and counter intuitive door handles and hard to get used to gear stick. But there are attractive trim level upgrades that make this a fantastic vehicle, as well as some standard features...like the panoramic sunroof and roof rails. I suggest the sport seats, the power lift boot gate, the JCW steering wheel and Mini Connect. The Premium package is a great choice. I don't personally care for the ALL4 (4 wheel drive), as it's a 3k upgrade that I didn't find worth the extra money when driving an ALL4. My vehicle has the extremely fun paddle shifters, combine it with Sport Mode, and this car is the epitome of a total blast! Reliability you say? I was worried about that too, as like many car brands MINI is notorious. Well, they are changing perceptions. Routine Maintenance is included, paired with a decent warranty and the option to buy additional mechanical coverage...not a bad deal for 22 bucks a month for extended mechanical protection. I was seeking a smaller, stylish, zippy, sporty SUV with luxury finishes....and MINI fits that bill. Give MINI a try if you've never driven one!

I thought this car would be too small, but the interior is surprisingly roomy. The feel of it is great. The whistles and bells are wonderful and it fits great in my garage! Only had it a few days, but loving it.

This car is very sporty and is really fun to drive. It has a manual transmission which is getting harder to find now days. Fits both my husband and I. Enough leg and headroom for taller people but still is very comfortable for someone shorter. Has all the new technology and interior is well organized. Easy to find all the controls.

My three takeaways from this place is transparency, honesty and quality. As a car enthusiast, I found a particular vehicle here I was interested in, and I worked with Peyman Reisi, the manager of Cars Unlimited of Santa Ana and I had a great experience. From Peyman to his employees everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. They were prompt to answer any questions I had about the car prior to coming in. They provided me with a Carfax and Autocheck report upon arriving and gave me ample time to check the car out and even allowed me to take it out for a lengthy test drive. The staff was fully transparent about anything they knew about the car and also fully encouraged me to have it checked out by a mechanic or dealership of my choice if I wanted to, of course, at my cost. If there were any issues, Peyman and his team said they would work on getting it sorted out, or reimburse the cost prior to finalizing the deal. You have to remember, this is a used car dealership, not everything is going to be perfect, it isn't a new car, but they will strive to make sure they get you into a solid, reliable car. Not even a large franchise dealer can guarantee something won't go wrong a few weeks down the road, that is why Peyman stands by his cars and offers a warranty if things do happen or allow you to get it fully inspected prior to purchasing. The entire team here was not pushy nor did they use any of your typical sales pitch when I was viewing the car. They were very hands off from the moment I pulled into the parking lot and the moment I left with the car. They gave you just the right amount of attention without being overbearing and pushy on the sale, whether you buy a car or not, they will treat you the same way they'd want to be treated. I observed this with different customers they interacted with. They have a very good selection of cars, and if they don't have what you're looking for, they can help source it for you and have it fully checked out prior to you purchasing it. At the end of the day, use your due diligence when buying a used car, whether it's from a smaller dealership like this one or a large franchise one. Not every car will be perfect, but it is the actions and integrity of the dealership that will set it apart. Bought my first car there 23 years ago. the honesty from the owner Shaun and He's positive and reassuring way to get me approved when nobody else could was a life saver, all I had at that time was a beat up car that could barely take me to and from work, Shaun with a reassuring smile took it as a down payment and as of that day, I remember how much that help meant for My wife and I, we were young and had just married and started a family with My eldest at that time in the car seat. Bought my 2015 last fall looks great drives great alot of fun . Faster than it looks . Not a extreme cold weather car . Handles great on snowy roads . I'm a bigger guy plenty of room . Would not want to sit behind me . I'd buy another
