This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Always a pleasant experience with Beto in the service department. He is always helpful and understands the urgency when it comes to a truck down in the service department. Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

I want to thank Honda and my sales rep Amalia for a good, smooth and fast process . Compared to other times I've been in cardelearships, this was the fastest time as far as hours spent waiting for finance. Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

I will start by saying I’ve been to many dealerships to get my Honda serviced, which in the majority were disappointments! But when I came here I had nothing but the best service! Cezar Melena went above and beyond the call off duty! Taking the time to explain questions even if they were very common questions, I felt comfortable and with confidence. I had bad experiences in the past with asking questions about my car and the majority of people make me feel like I’m bothering them, but not cezar he was patient and extremely helpful!!!

An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

Price for the services was improved. Clean waiting area with room for social distancing. Hot beverage area was open again.

Just bought 2009 Dodge grand Caravan SXT 205,000 miles runs perfect handled. Great lots of room hideaway seats. I’m getting about 20 miles a gallon after I used a canon filter system installed and Lucas gas treatment every tank of gas got a really good deal on it paid $1500. Very little rust and my grandkids love it. Thank you.

Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.

I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

2 years later and I’ve come back to do business with Anaheim Hyundai. Let me just say I had a smooth and professional process. Felt apprehensive before going to this dealership because I read some negative reviews about them on YELP, however, they had the exact car I was looking for so I gave it a go. Soon as we arrived, Chung Li met us with a big smile & immediately got the car we went there for ready for us to test drive. Honestly, I was waiting for him to flip a switch, but he never did, even during negotiations. Despite several hiccups that came up which almost prevented us from getting the car, he kept his upbeat attitude and did everything he could to make sure our purchase went through. Even the finance manager, Sara, stepped up to the plate and tried everything she could to make sure we had the best deal...without any pressure! She even threw in extras without us asking for them. At the very end, we almost couldn?t take the car home because our auto insurance card did not have my son?s name on it which is who we bought the car for. Chung stepped in again and tried to contact the insurance for us and/or figure out a way around the issue. Unfortunately, it was too late in the night to get a hold of anyone. This is when the dealership manager (sorry I forgot his name) stepped in & threw in a 1 month insurance policy covering us and & my son without any extra cost to us!!! Honestly the best auto purchase experience I have ever had or witnessed in all my life & everyone who was with me agreed. Indeed it was a pleasant experience and though everything took almost 3 hours, it didn?t feel that way at all. In addition, the dealership was very clean with a play area for kids and a nice sized customer lounge w a flat screen, coffee & tea maker. This place is gonna be my go to next time I buy a car!
