I wanted to thank all the folks involved with my 2023 Outback XT Touring from Jason the salesman Superior comminution and exceptional knowledge, Katherine the Sales manager that made the deal happen, Alisha in Finance with the paperwork quickly completed, the car detail staff getting the car looking factory fresh and everyone else getting the vehicle ready to go in less than a day for my turn around trip. This Subaru family dealership made buying this vehicle a joy. The savings were huge, and I had to travel (because the price for the SUV was awesome beating other competitors) from Grand Forks ND to Eau Claire WI a 400 mile /6 hrs one way trip, but well worth the drive. Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

I just bought a very nice pre-owned car from Chippewa Valley Mazda. It was a pleasant transaction. The entire dealership feels "smaller town friendly." Jason Beach was great to work with. He's personable, calm and efficient. Couldn't be happier with the decision.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

Our 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Limited Hybrid is the ultimate road trip vehicle and is amazing around town. Flexible interior design, comfortable seating, and incredible highway handling and noise control make this vehicle a driving pleasure. Reliability +

This is my second windstar . My 2000 went 240k miles with only 1 transmission rebuild at 160k. Water pump at 144k. Great van . My 2002 has 51k with no repairs other than oil changes and brakes Ford builds quality in 2002. German motor USA trans. No complaints. Only replaced 3 batteries . 1 power window motor. due to lack of use. If you can find an old one under 100k buy it.
