This is the second car purchase I made at Team Toyota of Glen Mills, and they were both good experiences. They started with the best price and then worked with me to get the exact deal I was after. My salesman, Jeremy Wood was great. He was friendly, professional, personable and knew his cars. He came in on his day off in order to meet with me and set up a test drive. He took extra care to keep the buying process safe during the covid pandemic. It takes a lot to impress me, and Jeremy did just that. There are 10 Toyota dealers closer to my home than Team Toyota of Glen Mills. They made it worth the trip.

Great mileage n planning on Toyota long term reliability. Plenty of power, even for light towing. Very spacious inside. AWD with electric motor is clever n works well. Suspension is great (rough roads feel smooth). But some negatives. We have LE n jumping to next trim levels is expensive unlike Kia. Folding seats are not nearly as smooth as with Chrysler. Also, our old Chrysler van drives like a smooth car but Sienna steers more like a van/truck...not bad per se, but different.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

My Honda was towed into this dealership for repairs. My service representative was Alex Bradly. She was totally professional and handled all of my concerns quickly and efficiently. She was in contact with me at all times and my car repair was completed quickly. I would highly recommend this dealership for Honda repairs. An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

When I decided I wanted a minivan I knew I wanted a Honda. Its spacious, comfortable, has plenty of options and runs great. My only complaint is the gas mileage.

We wanted another dodge Durango, until we drove a Pacifica, we love it and would recommend to anyone, it handles better than our Mercedes or jaguar

Yesterday my husband and I bought a certified pre-owned Odyssey from JL Freed. Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Spoke with very professional and easy speaking sales associate named Aamir Mapp . He was a pleasure to work with, even though we didn’t get a deal done today 02/18/23 . Aamir’s attitude was contagious with some laughter and made the process of possibly selling a car today very comfortable. Unfortunately we were to far off with the numbers today. Davis Honda staff are very friendly, helpful, and most importantly not pushy. The accountant was also very good and patiently helped us organize our cash. As we decided to buy a car in full, we provided a lot of small denomination banknotes. I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.
