Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

My family (not me yet, because I'm 15 1/2) has had two Honda Odysseys over the past 9 years. As far as I can remember, the first one caused us very little issue beyond some A/C issues. It was totaled after some doofus hit us while attempting to cut across three lanes of very busy traffic. We bought a second one with just over 100K miles and it was great for a good while. The first repair I can recall was the brake rotors becoming warped and vibrating quite a bit under braking. For a while it was fine, and then small things began to go wrong. Sliding door stuttering (still works for the most part), hydraulics for the trunk going out (sub $100 fix), interior lights dying because of age, and navigation system becoming quite glitchy (DVD is from 2010 anyway). The only larger things are oil and power steering leaks (which are annoying, but manageable), A/C going out,and suspension gettting less firm. The main things still work, though. If you have a little bit of money to cover minor repairs as they come about, and take care of it and treat it like a minivan (not a sports car, because that's not what it is), I would recommend this minivan to the average Joe. As a matter of fact, I'm looking for one as my first car.

We visited a dozen dealerships looking for the right car and right deal. Motorwerks had the inventory, reasonable pricing and the most consultative, informative salesperson we encountered. So we bought from Motorwerks.

We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

Well it fits all 7 members of my family. Has pretty good gas mileage. It is comfortable and doesn't take 3 years to get up to 35-40 miles per hour.

If you are looking for a vehicle that gets good gas mileage and long range then the Toyota Hybrid is for you. On the open road you can get over 35 miles to the gallon and go slightly over 500 miles on a tank of gas.

Visited Raymond Chevrolet on 10/10/25 after texting with Blake. When I arrived I was greeted immediately by Drew and he seemed to immediately know exactly why I was there. Pulled the car around that I wanted to look at and off we went on a test drive. Drew had more of a consultative approach rather than a high pressure approach which was definitely appreciated. The car drove great, yet my hopes weren’t high due to the fact that I have bad credit because of some stupid mistakes I made when I was young and haven’t spent the time/effort to repair yet. After a quick discussion with Drew upon our arrival back at the dealership, Jerry, the Used Car General Manager, came over to sit with me and he answered every single question I had written down (and there were around 15 of them!). At this point, they already knew my credit situation since I made them aware pretty early on. Instead of just going through the motions, EVERY single employee at Raymond Chevrolet took the time to make sure my questions were answered and ensure I had a great experience and I never felt less than or judged because of my credit situation. After Jerry answered all my questions, I wanted the car! I had previously been denied for an auto loan through a local credit union (even with offering a higher down payment than I did at the dealership). It didn’t take long at all and after a very short wait Jerry came over and approached me with his thumbs up, “we got you approved.” I was literally shocked….Sure, I didn’t get the best interest rate possible, but with my credit, simply getting an approval at all was amazing. At this time it was around 9:30 PM and the dealership closes at 9:00 PM. If there was an employee that was needed to make this happen for me that night, they hung tight and worked late to make sure I was taken care of. I want to give a special shout out to Janelle, the Customer Experience Manager. Janelle walked me through some very important Tesla specific topics and was very patient with me. The entire time I felt like I was being HELPED, not SOLD. Any “add-ons” were throughly explained and literally each one made sense with my situation (kids, first time Tesla owner, Chicago winters, etc.)… They offered me what I really needed, not just what they could make extra money on. Janelle made sure that I was clear on everything and then I wrapped up the process with the Sales Manager Cooper. Cooper made the signing process extremely easy and went above and beyond to make sure that what needed to get done, got done that night regardless of the time or any obstacles we encountered. At this point, I was extremely happy with my experience & it was time to head out at which time Jerry (manager) and Drew (sales person) escorted me from Antioch to Pleasant Prairie just so that I could take the vehicle home THAT NIGHT. Keep in mind, by the time we arrived in Pleasant Prairie, WI, it was at least 1:30 AM. My plan was to check out a vehicle so that I could then go look for a co-signor because I didn’t think I stood a chance of getting an approval; however, the folks at Raymond Chevrolet made it possible for me to make ONE trip to the dealership, purchase the vehicle ai wanted AND take it home that same day… All while going above an beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and having a great experience which I 100% did. IF YOU ARE AFRAID THAT YOUR CREDIT WILL PREVENT YOU FROM BUYING A CAR FROM A DEALERSHIP, I URGE YOU TO VISIT MY NEW FRIENDS AT RAYMOND CHEVROLET AND JUST GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO DO WHAT MANY PLACES JUST AREN’T ABLE TO - ON MANY DIFFERENT LEVELS (non-judgement environment, friendly and extremely helpful staff and even the ability to obtain an approval for financing for someone with POOR credit). My experience buying a 2023 K5 about a month ago has been the best car buying experience I've ever had. Eraldo Ferhati was the salesperson who helped me and he was the absolute best! He was accessible for all of my questions and I had a lot! He was patient, friendly, extremely helpful, kind...I can't say enough good things about him. He also came out on a Sunday, his day off, to help me when I thought I was having a problem with the car. He traveled about 30 minutes on his day off to help me and was able to quickly resolve the problem, with a friendly, caring attitude, even though it was my fault. We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

I've ran though about 5 leases from this dealer and I messed up, I made a big mistake, I went to another honda dealer for my newest least and I never should have left zeigler honda of Racine. Best maintenence team in the state, hands down. Learned my lesson, I'd live here if they had a bed

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

bought 2018 Pacifica in January 2019. lowest base model they had. no power doors or power folding seats (manual so nothing to break later). was disappointed in navigation option (looked like it was included, but was not). we ended up using android auto and that works ok so not a big deal. love the power. 3.6 liter engine gets us onto freeway with 7 people and luggage very quickly and easily. auto engine off at stops is great gas saving feature along with 9 speed auto transmission. no issues with transmission after 5 years of usage. plenty of space for storage. 2018 model complaint. no auto headlight on/off. Really Chrysler? that should have been a no brainer default in this day and age. Purchase price was $40,000 for the base model. (I always like to know what people paid for the car :)
