Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

We had a wonderful experience with Tran Nguyen. He was personable and professional. Most importantly, he was honest and let us make our decision after providing the facts. Syed was straightforward when he was helping us. We appreciated that he went to find out the answer to a question we asked that did not pertain to him simply because he wanted to provide the correct answer. Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

Called and spoke to Frank and he was so pleasant that I had to go. Yourself got me into the Jeep I wanted and worked so hard to get the best rate possible! Don’t sleep on this dealership! You won’t be disappointed!

Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

If you are looking for a vehicle that gets good gas mileage and long range then the Toyota Hybrid is for you. On the open road you can get over 35 miles to the gallon and go slightly over 500 miles on a tank of gas.

I bought the Crew trim. It is very comfortable inside and from out side it has a sporty look. Toyota Sienna and Honda Odyssey look kind of bulky. I suppose those who complain about Dodge Grand Caravan are looking at the base model which, yes, is not good from inside and it has not changed since I believe 2011. They should at least add a centre console. (I am sure you will increase your fans). But the upper models (SXT and up) are really good.

The first car/van I have purchased in 20 years. It is 3 years old with currently 50,000 miles. Have owned it now for 4 months. It is one of nicest and most equipped cars/vans that I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned 27 vehicles. The V6 engine has plenty of pick up. Also, very economical on gas. I am pleased with the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership of Leesburg, Florida where I purchased it. Their sales and service department are outstanding. I recommend this van to anyone looking for a well equipped passenger van for the money.

Hector was amazing. He was honest in his review of the car I bought and made sure I was the first to see the car after it came back for detailing. When I left with my new car I noticed the front driver's side light was out, Hector had me bring it in th3 next Saturday and personally made sure it got done. The ride is smooth and is specifically made to be a family car. The only issue is it’s slow 0-60 second acceleration at about 8.3 seconds but that’s not really what the car was made for, just wish it could go a little quicker. Compared this with the Toyota Sienna is that the Sienna is slightly a bit quicker. However, the Odyssey has way better styling and in my personal opinion one of the nicest minivans you could get back in the 2010s.

bought 2018 Pacifica in January 2019. lowest base model they had. no power doors or power folding seats (manual so nothing to break later). was disappointed in navigation option (looked like it was included, but was not). we ended up using android auto and that works ok so not a big deal. love the power. 3.6 liter engine gets us onto freeway with 7 people and luggage very quickly and easily. auto engine off at stops is great gas saving feature along with 9 speed auto transmission. no issues with transmission after 5 years of usage. plenty of space for storage. 2018 model complaint. no auto headlight on/off. Really Chrysler? that should have been a no brainer default in this day and age. Purchase price was $40,000 for the base model. (I always like to know what people paid for the car :)

Yes, good work by mechanics have made that possible, but only under the tight, intelligent, direction and inspection of Galatia. I walked in the dealership and was immediately greeted by a salesman. I told him that I work with the father of one their managers and would like to see her. She was very busy at that moment. So I waited until she introduced me to the salesman she thought would best suit my needs. Ricky S. then went over a couple of trucks that he recommended. Went for couple test drives, probably 6-8 miles each. Both highway and residential which was good for me. I settled on the truck I was interested in and got down to business. Agreed on the right figures, filled out the credit app and gave him my title for the (undesirable) trade in I had. Even if they wouldn't take the trade in, I wasn't leaving without the new Tacoma. Ricky took me back to business offices and introduced me to Jordan who closed the deal like he does day after day. Smooth and hiccups. Afterwards Ricky took me to the truck and proceeded to sync my phone to the truck systems. We went over a few other items and we were done. Very patient with me and knew what he was doing. This vehicle is perfect for what my family needs right now. Both my kids (5 & 2) can climb into it unassisted (any mom knows, giving the kids any level of independence is great). Both rows of seats stow into the floor. We have the back row stowed to give us lots of cargo room for the stroller, diaper bag, scooter, karate bag, etc etc etc. Love the automatic doors on both sides... a nice upgrade from when I was a kid and it was a manual slider only on one side! Our one downside, but it's a big one... the media center in this car was a total after thought. It does not connect as expected to my iphone, and the AppleCarPlay seems to open a secondary window (it's not native to the car like the Ford Sync). So far, I have not gotten the phone to connect correctly via bluetooth - I have to plug in. The audio varies wildly - I have to turn the volume up almost all the way to hear someone on the phone, but when the radio kicks on, the whole car vibrates. I can't turn the audio off without turning off the ENTIRE screen. There is no native GPS to the car that I can tell, which isn't a huge downside since we have our phones, but was definitely surprising to see. All in all, this is the car we need right now as a young family with a lot of stuff to cart around. It has a lot of family friendly features that I 100% appreciate. I imagine that the newer models have better media integration with the iPhone.
