We recently purchased a 2017 Toyota Highlander from Toyota of Massapequa, and the experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish! From the moment we walked in, our sales representative Nomaan made us feel comfortable and respected. He was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and, most importantly, genuine. We initially came in to look at a specific car, but ended up spotting a few others that were out of our price range. Rather than pushing us toward the more expensive options, Nomaan had an honest conversation with us about what mattered most to us, our budget. My husband had a question about the brakes, and the team at Toyota of Massapequa didn’t hesitate, they immediately reinspected the vehicle and even resurfaced and replaced the brake pads. That level of transparency and care meant a lot to us. As Nomaan said, “First is the best”, and in our case, the first car we saw in person ended up being the one. We are thrilled with our decision and love our new Highlander! We also worked with George, our financing associate, who did a fantastic job laying everything out clearly and ensuring our monthly payments stayed within budget. Both Nomaan and George were extremely warm and welcoming, it honestly felt like talking with family. Despite arriving close to closing time, we were never rushed, and they both took their time with us like we were their only customers. We’re beyond happy with our purchase and the overall experience. My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲

I had a really good experience here. The guys were straightforward and not pushy at all, which I really appreciated. They worked with me on the price and explained everything clearly, so I knew exactly what I was paying for. Toyota Sienna is a nice vehicle to own and drive. Seats 8 people and we need every seat. Weekend trips summer driving vacations are a pleasure. Plenty of power smooth quiet ride and most of all dependable

Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

This 2022 is my 3rd Sienna, after a 2001 and a 2011. I would buy it again without hesitation. A few disappointments, which seem to be the result of cost-cutting: My '11 LE had a standard roof rack, now it is an option even on the XLE, and not a common one. Through the years, the inability to easily stow or remove the 2nd row seats has been a widespread complaint. Instead of improving that feature, they made it MUCH worse, and also told you not to try! Some people buy the Odyssey for this one reason. I would not do that. Sienna is still a better van, but what about "ongoing improvement?" They took away the left hand coin box, you can no longer open the 3rd row vent windows, the convex "back-seat observation" mirror is a TOTAL joke, they got rid of the overhead sunglass storage, they don't have a 12v connection in the hatch area, they cheaped out on the factory-installed hitch (looks like an amateur add-on), and although the vehicle is rated for 3,500 lbs towing, the optional factory hitch is the lighter-rated 1.25" size, which I think is limited to 2,500 lbs. My lower-line '11 LE had none of these shortfalls. Now, at over $40k, my upscale XLE sometimes makes me feel like I lost something. Even after this list, I love the van, and have no regrets. The benefits of AWESOME dependability, 35 mpg in or out of town, 8 passenger capability, comfort, nice styling, and quiet operation outweigh any complaints. I expect to have it until it hits 250,000 miles.

Our 2nd Sienna and definitely the best. Other than some cheap plastic interior finishes, this is probably the best vehicle we've ever owned. Incredible reliability, excellent interior space and comfort and amazing fuel economy. Without even trying we get 33-35 mpg. When we actually try, we an easily achieve 43-44 mpg. The Air conditioning is amazing in this car, we live in AZ and it cools it down very quickly. A lot of people complain about the lack of power and loud engine, if you're not trying to race everyone around you, the Sienna performs very well. As an example, the Honda Odyssey is supposed to be the fastest and considered a performance beast but from 0-60mph it only surpassed the Sienna by less than 1 second. (6.7 seconds v 7.4 seconds). Some might say that's noticeable but let's face it, it's a minivan. This is an outstanding vehicle and I highly recommend it!

All good except too small of an engine for the size and weight of the minivan the v6 engine in my older minivan a better match for this size of automobile.

Great mileage n planning on Toyota long term reliability. Plenty of power, even for light towing. Very spacious inside. AWD with electric motor is clever n works well. Suspension is great (rough roads feel smooth). But some negatives. We have LE n jumping to next trim levels is expensive unlike Kia. Folding seats are not nearly as smooth as with Chrysler. Also, our old Chrysler van drives like a smooth car but Sienna steers more like a van/truck...not bad per se, but different.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

bought 2018 Pacifica in January 2019. lowest base model they had. no power doors or power folding seats (manual so nothing to break later). was disappointed in navigation option (looked like it was included, but was not). we ended up using android auto and that works ok so not a big deal. love the power. 3.6 liter engine gets us onto freeway with 7 people and luggage very quickly and easily. auto engine off at stops is great gas saving feature along with 9 speed auto transmission. no issues with transmission after 5 years of usage. plenty of space for storage. 2018 model complaint. no auto headlight on/off. Really Chrysler? that should have been a no brainer default in this day and age. Purchase price was $40,000 for the base model. (I always like to know what people paid for the car :)

My friend has one with over 410,000 miles, yes 410,000 miles with no issues. These things are a tank made to last that's for sure

I bought mine used in 2019 with 22,000 miles on it. I'm now over 107,000 miles with no real problems. I've only done routine maintenance and it still drives a smooth gist as it did when I bought it and wouldn't have one hesitation driving it long distance anywhere. I've recently had the check engine light come on and it shows trac off, but I don't believe it's anything more than a sensor. Overall it holds up to the Toyota reputation of reliability, so much so that my wife winded up trading her dream Jeep Gladiator in for a Toyota 4Runner and hasn't looked back.

Had my car serviced at Westbury Toyota earlier this week and it was fabulous. Mike is an awesome guy, he had me in & out in about an hour.

I love the car but why oh why would you not put a key operated cargo opening! This Back hatch is so heavy! I didn’t even look at the lack of that feature when I bought the car. One would assume it would be there at this price point.

I test drove this van after having three other Toyota siennas that all performed very well. What I don’t like about this van is the center consul takes up too much room. The third row side windows do not open and since I sleep in my van, sometimes on a bed in the back, with my head near those windows, I can’t get as much fresh air as I did with all the other Sienna’s I had. The second row seats are supposed to not be able to be taken out, but I found a YouTube video that shows that you can take them out . I know it gets great gas mileage.

Great car. In fact, I would treat it like a new gadget. Using the autopilot is a real thrill.

I drove a RAV4 before trading in for a Sienna, but with 3 kids who are only getting bigger, it was time for more space. I told myself I would never drive a minivan, but the Sienna's just looked so nice to me and after driving it for a month I can confidently say it doesn't even feel like I'm driving a minivan. My only regret is not getting it sooner. There is more space than we know what to do with, the auto opening doors and easy access to everything is so convenient, the kids get in and out of the car completely on their own now and they absolutely love having their own space, cup holders, and charging ports. And as any other Toyota Hybrid, the Sienna's performance is just unbeatable. I researched many other minivans before deciding on this one, but the gas mileage put it above anyone else. It is so quiet and smooth, and again, doesn't even feel like a minivan. Best vehicle purchase I've ever made!

I had a great experience at Fordham Toyota, Jose Gonzalez was great he answered all my questions and took his time. This is my 2nd vehicle with them.

The van is very practical and has been awesome for road trips. We can easily fit two car seats and 6 adults with plenty of leg room. It is very practical especially with the lower ride height that allows my parents to get in and out with ease and also the sliding doors that makes putting the kids in their car seats easy. MPG is excellent. We averaged between 35-37 mpg with the van loaded with 6 adults, 2 kids in car seats, and all of our luggage. We were set on getting an SUV before we came across the Sienna. The Sienna just made more sense for our family. It can comfortably seat 8 people, makes getting in and out easier with the sliding doors and low ride height, excellent MPG, reliable, great resale resale value. It does not require premium fuel. With the gas prices around $3.25-$3.50, fill ups are around $40. We plan to keep the van around for a long time!

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.
