I have been servicing my 2 cars, Mitsubishi Outlander and Jeep Cherooke (bought new in other dealers) at J&S Mitsubishi for the past 6 years. Everything was successful, I can only say that the seller was very nice and made me feel super comfortable at all times. They should have more staff like him.

I like that the techs tell you honestly what needs to be done now and what can wait. They don’t try to add unnecessary work to rip you off.

I was pleasantly surprised that they don’t use psychological pressure. No “you must buy right now!” Instead: look if you want, ask if you want. This creates trust naturally.
