We purchased our Mitsubishi used a year ago and have been quite pleased darting around Los Angeles with this small car. As small as it is, it's quite comfortable, even roomy, inside. Runs well. Highly recommend for older folks like us who don't do a lot of long-range driving.

Overall I feel like we had a really great experience. I believe I had a fair trade and they honored their word- fixed the car I purchased that had some challenges I noticed at the time of my test drive. Were pretty communicative. I definitely felt heard and taken care of at the end of the day. No pressure to write a review or give a certain rating which I appreciate. I have owned my Lancer for two years. It doesn't give me any grief, it gets great mileage (29 miles /us gallon in town) and it has plenty of power.

We own three Outlander PHEVs and there are plety of them out there used with low mileage. I would not purchase one used as the MSRP is over 40K.

THE LITTLE 1.2 DOHC ENGINE IS STRONG BUT MITUSBISHI SHOULD HAVE PUT A STANDARD TURBO ON THIS ENGINE,, THATS WHY MITSUBISHI MADE THE 3A92 MIVEC ENGINE.. HIGHLY DURABLE & STRONG .. NO PROBLEM ON THE HIGHWAY OR THE TAKE OFF FROM A STREET LIGHT. THE TRANSMISSION IS ALSO GOOD.. CVT.. NEVER CRAZY ABOUT CVT ... BUT THIS TRANSMISSION IS OK.. CAR HANDLES IN SNOW.. RAIN,, RUNS WELL.. The guy I worked the deal with, his name is Bryant and made me feel welcomed. And as someone who normally had either boring or forgetful dealer experiences. I felt a connection on a personal level like we had known each other for a long time but we just met. We like the same music and he made me laugh. I felt he provided a experience that I would only experience at 1 out of every 500 dealerships. I plan to see him again.

Pretty sure this car saved me from loosing a kidney. Some lady randomly walked up to me in a parking lot and asked me if i wanted to make some gas money. But I had a full battery so I said "No thanks." and got into my car. As I watched her walk out of the parking lot, I thought to myself, "What did she want me to do for gas money?" Clearly it was some kind of kidney stealing scam. What else could it be? Thanks Mitsubishi! Once again you've saved me from loosing a vital organ.

I just bought his car in June. Unfortunately for me someone hit my right front fender and it was in the body shop for 3 weeks. I love the comfort and how intuitive the interior is. Things are just in the right place. For me the 2020 is the perfect size. I had a DodgeJourney that just didn’t fit int my carport. I can pull this int the parking spot and have plenty of room. I do believe this is the favorite car I have ever bought and it looks sweet.

This is my second purchase from Ideal. Found a 2010 Ford Explorer on their website. It was still in the process of title being passed to them. Waited and checked back with them 2 weeks later. I was able to get a chance to drive it and took it on the freeway. This time I requested financing which they carried out quickly and provided me with a very low finance rate. Yes, they did add for putting the auto in "ready" condition. My auto had just come out of auction which required cleaning and checking to make sure it was servisable. I'm buying another one to replace it. it was a great car to drive good gas milage.when I was hit three airbags inflated with none of the horror stories you hear about them burns ect.
