My boyfriend bought his car from Carmax and it was a great experience. So when I needed a new car I looked at Carmax as well. They had everything I wanted but I thought I would get a better deal at a dealership... Boy was I wrong. Went to three different dealerships almost went through with a deal but they couldn't get me a good interest rate. It was so painful and awful I had decided to give up and just sink money into my current car and try again next year. I had an appointment at carmax the following Sunday and Dwyane called me to verify the time. I told him what happened the previous day and said I would be keeping my car because I needed a good rate and didn't want to be making crazy payments. He said, I hear you and totally understand, I'm happy to help you whenever you're ready. Just so you know when you are ready I have a good rate for you so I know we can find you something to make you happy. I was surprised because the other dealership said we couldn't get close to what I needed. Well folks, I'm in a new car, my payments aren't crazy and I have peace of mind. Bought new in 2017, then learned Mitsu as a company was not doing well, thought I made a mistake, now, 5 years later have had zero problems, (I kept up on all maintenance), it is THE best value car I have ever owned. (Hondas, Nissans, Subi, Chevy's). 110k and engine is like new. Roomy, simple, enough clearance for dirt roads here, good on gas, and smooth on hwy. I laugh at the bad reviews. They are flat wrong.

This is a simple, basic 5 speed that works as it should. The 3cylinder engine actually has pep! But what I really love about this car is how far I can drive on a full tank of gas. I’m used to filling up a V6 and V8 at $60-$80 a tank. Only $20 fills this up for the same distance I drove the other vehicles that cost $60!

Great value! Don’t hesitate to buy it if you can find a clean, well maintained, accident free example. They are relatively fast, not so expensive to maintain and not difficult to work on.

He provides the carfax and lets me test drive the car and take it to a mechanic to see for myself, so you are comfortable with your decision. We purchased this auto new - have never had a problem with the car. We keep it maintained on a regular basis and the only items we have replaced IN 8 YEARS have been wipers, tires and filters. PERIOD. Exceptional value, I usually replace cars ever 4 to 6 years. Simply no reason at this time to consider replacement. Had actually considered writing the CEO about the quality of their cars. Only wear is on my seat due to getting in and out of the vehicle.

I contacted J-Linn through their website (J-LinnMotors.net) and filled out their Secure Loan Application. They had around four cars that met my criteria, being low miles and mechanically sound. Their salesperson Fred contacted me the next day was quite friendly. He said they had cars in my price range. I went to buy a car on Friday, May 29, 2020. The first question I asked was "Are you going to be able to finance me?" due to my credit score being very low. I had spent almost two weeks hearing every dealership/auto sales business say no. He responded by saying "Let's run your numbers and see?" He forwarded my information to their finance companies and found one that would do financing. He then told me he had a car that he thought was perfect for me and would meet the finance companies qualifications. He drove a beautiful deep blue 2010 Chevrolet HHR up to the front and I looked it over. It's 10 years old and looked and ran like new. We then did all the paperwork and I drove that car away the same day! I can't say enough about this company. They've been in business for 20 years so I trusted them. The customer service women were wonderful and also quite friendly. Even their other salesman was kind and funny. I've now had the car for a week and a half and have driven it quite a bit. So far, so great! I'm not used to the more modern power assist capabilities but am learning as I go. Again, So Happy!

Why. The treatment by everyone is 5 star every time. Recently had an issue that was resolved by staff that would have been a nightmare at a corporate owned dealership. traded my 2021 for a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport limited edition last month. I'm very happy with it. Mitsubishi has made some improvements. bigger screen, leather steering wheel and shifter. I like that I have heated seats and telescoping steering wheel now! and it's 4 wheel drive. helps when I go fishing. 😂 great gas mileage! just needs a little more power under the hood. but for the price and reliability it's very worth it. plus an amazing warranty!

I have had this car since 31k miles ago for 4.5 yrs with zero issue up until 83k miles where the P0421 trouble code appeared which means I have to replace the catalytic converter. Driving that long without any issue is a winner for me. Nearing 100k miles explains parts replacement but let's see if I can go another 4+ yrs trouble free once the part is replaced. Overall, it's totally worth the $12k I paid for a 2014 car with only 31k miles on it. I would recommend this make & model.

I love the look both outside and inside! For me it has more than enough speed. I can easily go 80 to overtake a vehicle on the freeway, which is plenty enough for me. I'm not on a race track. I'm surprised at how features it has on the inside. I'm thinking of replacing the shocks for a more comfortable ride, but other than that, I'm very satisfied!

We bought our 2022 Outlander sport GT in august of 2022… when we compared feature for feature with the other small crossovers, this was our favorite.. it looks nice , has plenty of power and is comfortable on long trips . We took it to the snowy range and it handled the mountains with ease. This is our first brand new car and we are “ seasoned citizens “ So the warranty was also a big selling point . We are super happy with it . Planning on this being tje last car we buy !! I am confident ot will last a long time !

Gas mileage 50 mpg. So easy to drive especially at night. Bright lights could be brighter though. Excellent speakers. Hard to see screen when sun is shining on it. But perfect at night.

Purchased a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica from Ferman BMW and David Soto was our salesman. They were able to meet my requirement to trade in my vehicle. David was excellent, no pressure, calm and friendly. Only issue we wish we had been told there was only one key/ fob to vehicle as now we must pay for a second key/ fob

Overall, the Mitsubishi Outlander was a good choice for my family with the third-row foldable seats which can be transformed and used for cargo. It offers a comfortable interior and lots of standard features. Great driving settings, only found in luxury vehicles like: - Eco Mode (Fuel efficient) - Sports Mode (Powerful V6 engine) - AWD Mode (Snow | all rough terrains, etc) Pros: - Affordable price compared to other similar models. - Use as a cargo space or convert to third row seat. - Well-equipped and comfortable ride. - Good handling with multiple driving settings. - Fuel efficient and easy to maintain. Cons: - Not the most stylish or exciting SUV on the market. - Average interior materials. - Low-end harness plastic covers.

I did some internet shopping and found this 2005 dodge ram 1500 truck online. I asked Fred to hold this as I was driving 3 hours from port st lucie, FL. Made arrangements, made the trip, and made the buy!! I was never pressured and he was down to earth. It's been about three months and I have had Zero problems. Took it to my mechanic whom has 23 years of experience to get a 10 dollar sensor replaced. He looked at and said you bought a beast of a truck!! I am a very happy customer!

I needed a reliable, economical car for my long work commute, and did not want to buy used and take my chance on having things break down. The Mirage has one of the best warranties in the industry, so that attracted me. The super affordable price also helps - I paid 14,000 for the 2020 LE Hatchback, brand new. When I first test drove it I was slightly disappointed in the noise - but I have completely gotten used to it now that I have owned my vehicle for about 6 months. It is fun to drive, has handled perfectly on wet, slick roads (snow and ice both) and the driver's seat is comfortable, and heated, too! Back seat area is a bit cramped - would not recommend taking adult passengers for an overly long trip! But I have NOT found it to be that sluggish - I can pass on the highway easily when needed and enjoy my drive each day. Great visibility when driving, at least in the hatchback. I am SO glad I bought mine and have no plans to get rid of it for years to come!
