The initial day we went to look, we were very happy leaving. We found something we loved, and Deb was amazing! We went back to do paperwork a few days later with Roger, who was also great to work with, and were told we could pick it up 24-48 hrs later. Friday came and there was a slight mix-up, but Eric and Deb took full responsibility for this mix-up and worked with us to fix it. Deb came in on her day off and we drove our car home the next day. Gas mileage 50 mpg. So easy to drive especially at night. Bright lights could be brighter though. Excellent speakers. Hard to see screen when sun is shining on it. But perfect at night.

There is a reason I keep coming back to these gems. I'm about to purchase my 4th one. I've owned a GS for 10 years and 2 GTs for 7 years. One being a Spyder which I always said was the best car I ever owned. Perfectly balanced, fast, great looks, beatiful paint colors. A blast to drive. The interior lighting and the 650 watt Rockford Fosgate are AMAZING. Everything feels right about the car. And the cost of ownership is great, just basic maintenance. I regretted getting rid of them all (traded 2 for a Vette). After 2 years, I"m going back. Found a Spyder GT in Rave Red and it will arrive soon. I can't wait to drive this gem of a car again!

Great first brand new car. I have seen these with 300k+ miles 2022 and 2023 miles. I got max loaded 2024 SEL or GT Premium Model. All wheel control is awesome in snow, I have seen people saying its better or even up to par with Subaru's symmetric AWD.

Gas mileage could use some work. Tech is somewhat outdated but works fine for what I need. Overall a decent buy for those on a budget.

2023 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL BLACK EDITION. I bought mines brand new on Nov 2022. So far it had a recall for firmware update. As of now. Almost 15 k miles and no issues. I love all the features and was told ot doesn't have the issues its predecessor had. Mitsubishi invested millions in the 2023 models so hopefully I can get 200k or more miles out of it.

Feel like I got a great deal on a leftover 2024 Outlander SEL trim with the technology package. My only real complaint is that it could use a bit more power, off the line it’s ok, but when you need it the most it lags. They could swap this out for a more powerful engine or turbo. I definitely will most likely upgrade this to the PHEV model once’s it’s refreshed for 2026. Love the options, the Mi Pilot assist is very responsive and overall I feel safe in the vehicle. Mitsubishi deserves some love for this vehicle!!! So far no issues at all approaching 1600 miles driven.

Bought new in 2017, then learned Mitsu as a company was not doing well, thought I made a mistake, now, 5 years later have had zero problems, (I kept up on all maintenance), it is THE best value car I have ever owned. (Hondas, Nissans, Subi, Chevy's). 110k and engine is like new. Roomy, simple, enough clearance for dirt roads here, good on gas, and smooth on hwy. I laugh at the bad reviews. They are flat wrong.

I seen how people had problems with theirs this not a car to run to death outta of, you run it for gas mileage only. Some People don’t know how to drive this small car that’s why you can’t find them used because they are needing so many parts because people don’t know how to drive it. But my dad drove it for gas mileage to work and back it did amazingly it has 100,000 miles on it that being a commuter no city driving back roads and highway only. No problems take care of this car. It will take car of you. I got a 2021 I love my little car!

I was disappointed when McGee moved from Dudley to Putnam Ct. but after my recent service at the Putnam location I am very happy to say that I was 100% satisfied with my service experience. I bought the car with 90,000 on the odometer. The car, when got on it hard, would start hesitating, and struggle to accelerate. The CVT transmission is defiantly a critter to get used to. The biggest negative thing I found about the car is that it noisy on the interstate. A lot of road noise in the cab to the point I have to turn the radio way up! After repairing the hesitation issue, and ignoring the CVT quirks, the car is very reliable.

I’m at 218000 miles. The only failures have been a $30 brake switch and the radio touch screen. I do required maintenance and drive carefully. This vehicle has outstanding reliability.

Absolutely love this dealership. We recently purchased our third car. We returned to Putnam Jeep because we had a great experience with our last two grand Cherokees and trust them. This time we were searching for a very specific used Wagoneer. I had looked at a few other dealerships locally that had the car and the sales experiences were terrible (salesmen knew nothing about the cars, had a take it or leave it attitude and were more interested in my trade than selling me a vehicle). Just purchased an SEL touring. So far I love the car. I love the leather seats. Heated steering wheel (only heats up parts of the wheel), panoramic roof, and sound system. Room for improvements would be gas mileage and range so far highest I’ve seen is 26.4. The Heads up display is a bit limited since Mitsubishi used a flip up screen instead of casting it onto the windshield. I find it hard to get it perfect for my level of driving but I do like having the feature. Also, I think the infotainment could use a bit of tweaking. It looks decent but outdated. As others have stated, the 360 camera is blurry but it’s my first car to have one and it’s pretty accurate. Overall I think the cross is about a 6-7 out of 10. It’s not the best small cuv that you can get, but I personally think it’s a good value especially when Mitsubishi offers rebates.
