We purchased this auto new - have never had a problem with the car. We keep it maintained on a regular basis and the only items we have replaced IN 8 YEARS have been wipers, tires and filters. PERIOD. Exceptional value, I usually replace cars ever 4 to 6 years. Simply no reason at this time to consider replacement. Had actually considered writing the CEO about the quality of their cars. Only wear is on my seat due to getting in and out of the vehicle.

Inquired on a BMW they had advertised, was quickly contacted via text by Melissa where we spoke for a bit and she answered all my questions. I scheduled an appointment and delt with Luis the sales rep and T the finance manager who were really nice and knowledgable about the whole experience. Over all i got a great deal on my 4 series with exactly where i wanted to be at as far as monthly payment and APR :) thanks UAC!

Bought new in 2017, then learned Mitsu as a company was not doing well, thought I made a mistake, now, 5 years later have had zero problems, (I kept up on all maintenance), it is THE best value car I have ever owned. (Hondas, Nissans, Subi, Chevy's). 110k and engine is like new. Roomy, simple, enough clearance for dirt roads here, good on gas, and smooth on hwy. I laugh at the bad reviews. They are flat wrong.

I love Unique Auto Center. I called at 6pm to see my dream car (even though they close at 7). Cigi reassured me to come in. He made sure to wait for me (even though I came in 15 min before they closed). When I saw the car, I FELL IN LOVE ON THE SPOT. I test drove the car with my mom. I absolutely LOVE my car. I was able to get approved the same night. I was still able to walk away with my car. They gave me refreshments, had a clean office, they were funny, patient. Cars Unlimited of Santa Ana may seem like your average used car dealership as you drive by. The reviews are a hit or miss online and you really don't know what to believe. My three takeaways from this place is transparency, honesty and quality. As a car enthusiast, I found a particular vehicle here I was interested in, and I worked with Peyman Reisi, the manager of Cars Unlimited of Santa Ana and I had a great experience. From Peyman to his employees everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. They were prompt to answer any questions I had about the car prior to coming in. They provided me with a Carfax and Autocheck report upon arriving and gave me ample time to check the car out and even allowed me to take it out for a lengthy test drive. The staff was fully transparent about anything they knew about the car and also fully encouraged me to have it checked out by a mechanic or dealership of my choice if I wanted to, of course, at my cost. If there were any issues, Peyman and his team said they would work on getting it sorted out, or reimburse the cost prior to finalizing the deal. You have to remember, this is a used car dealership, not everything is going to be perfect, it isn't a new car, but they will strive to make sure they get you into a solid, reliable car. Not even a large franchise dealer can guarantee something won't go wrong a few weeks down the road, that is why Peyman stands by his cars and offers a warranty if things do happen or allow you to get it fully inspected prior to purchasing. The entire team here was not pushy nor did they use any of your typical sales pitch when I was viewing the car. They were very hands off from the moment I pulled into the parking lot and the moment I left with the car. They gave you just the right amount of attention without being overbearing and pushy on the sale, whether you buy a car or not, they will treat you the same way they'd want to be treated. I observed this with different customers they interacted with. They have a very good selection of cars, and if they don't have what you're looking for, they can help source it for you and have it fully checked out prior to you purchasing it. At the end of the day, use your due diligence when buying a used car, whether it's from a smaller dealership like this one or a large franchise one. Not every car will be perfect, but it is the actions and integrity of the dealership that will set it apart. It was a normal buying process. It took about three hours. Cylus was a good salesperson. I knew exactly what car I wanted so that process was easy.

Very happy overall. Looks great and performs excellently. I do think the 3rd row seat is a joke and would rather have the space for storage or a spare tire. Suitable only for a child.

Took our Lexus RX350 in for a scheduled service visit. Everything was very professional from scheduling the appointment through pick up later the same day. Dealership was very organized and clean. Service adviser Lara Nielsen was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and made everything easy.

We bought ours in the Summer of 2019. Just passed 14k and we hardly ever use gas! At about .80 cents for 25 mile charge you can't beat it. Comfortable, luxurious ride. Excellent Leather Seats. Plug up to a regular house outlet with charger provided with vehicle. Best vehicle we have ever owned.

They take of me and my car, always, gee, they even treated me to lunch while I waited the 2 hours to do my car.

Gas mileage could use some work. Tech is somewhat outdated but works fine for what I need. Overall a decent buy for those on a budget.

I am not married nor do I have kids. This car would be great for long distance, family trips. Good trunk room and spacious back seats. I got the top line model with a sunroof and head seats. And I love the Rockford Fosgate sound system! Got a 10" subwoofer in the trunk! It PUMPS the bass! It's got a part time 4WD/AWD which is nice in sedan. It helped me get thru some snow in Maryland. The CVT does make funny noises. But mechanic said it was normal. Ride is not bad. It is sports tuned after all. The interior is kind of dated. Steering wheel only has a tilt function, not telescope. Just up and down but can't pull the steering wheel close to me. Great A/C and heating. The leather is kind of cheap though. Handles great! Gas mileage 36 mpg on HWY! That's not bad. Worse mileage was 18 mpg CITY but it was stop and go traffic. DC is notorious for that! But not bad at all for a 4 door sedan for under $20k!

Just purchased an SEL touring. So far I love the car. I love the leather seats. Heated steering wheel (only heats up parts of the wheel), panoramic roof, and sound system. Room for improvements would be gas mileage and range so far highest I’ve seen is 26.4. The Heads up display is a bit limited since Mitsubishi used a flip up screen instead of casting it onto the windshield. I find it hard to get it perfect for my level of driving but I do like having the feature. Also, I think the infotainment could use a bit of tweaking. It looks decent but outdated. As others have stated, the 360 camera is blurry but it’s my first car to have one and it’s pretty accurate. Overall I think the cross is about a 6-7 out of 10. It’s not the best small cuv that you can get, but I personally think it’s a good value especially when Mitsubishi offers rebates.

Recently had my car serviced because of an AC issue. I called to make an appointment and was so happy to have been helped by a service representative named Nory. Wow!! Talk about customer service at its finest. To my surprise when I came in that Sat for my appointment at 7am, I was so pleased to be attended by herself once again and meet her in person. Ocean Honda please tell her what a valued employee she is and how well she represents your company. This valued employee was with me every inch of the way communicating to me and keeping me in the loop. She even offered me a "Lift" ride back from my home to pick back up my vehicle. What is their to say. The models from 08 to 15 where pretty amazing. The only thing I’ll start off with, is if your looking for a factory carbon fiber or crazy interior don’t stop at the Evo X. The interior is pretty relax compared to WRX models, aside and after that.. epic! Great handling, power control, upgrade options, support from vendors and forums like crazy. Handles like a prob without upgrades. Owned multiple cars, and this by far is my favorite.

Great value! Don’t hesitate to buy it if you can find a clean, well maintained, accident free example. They are relatively fast, not so expensive to maintain and not difficult to work on.

Versatile and reliable wheels with some nice options! Automatic climate control, heated seats, adjustable lumbar support for the driver, power windows, tilt, power steering. With about 135,000 miles on the odometer now, I am super happy with "The Mits" as we call it.
