This was first time buying a car at a dealership. I like Toyota and my mother recommended Greentree Toyota in Danbury because she had bought a Camry there ten years ago. My salesman was Mike Shakro and he was very good. I was buying a used car and I gave him a price range I wanted to stay within and I told him 2016 or newer. He showed me three cars but I liked the Nissan Sentra 2016 with 20k miles on it. Max Tananbaum, one of the managers, came out to visit us and gave us below the list price. We got a Rust Proof undercarriage protection that allows us to get an additional $500 dollars if I ever trade in the car in the future. Jose Cordero was very helpful with a three year warranty that included towing and car rentals in case the car ever needed to be fixed. I was thoroughly pleased with my experience. It didn't take that long considering how busy they were and Mike the salesman even help me return my rental car by suggesting they were only a quarter mile down the road from the dealer. They have made me a loyal customer from now on.

The car is extremely nice. I am so glad that we chose this car. Grandchildren loved it before even purchasing the vehicle. So very happy with our purchase.

What is their to say. The models from 08 to 15 where pretty amazing. The only thing I’ll start off with, is if your looking for a factory carbon fiber or crazy interior don’t stop at the Evo X. The interior is pretty relax compared to WRX models, aside and after that.. epic! Great handling, power control, upgrade options, support from vendors and forums like crazy. Handles like a prob without upgrades. Owned multiple cars, and this by far is my favorite.

I did not buy a vehicle from them because I live in another state but they got back to me right away and answered all my questions. I would have bought from them if I lived closer.

This car has been in my hands from the beginning. I have been driving it as my daily driver for 5 years now. I have yet to have any major problems with the vehicle. I maintained it excellently and have all the paper work of what service was done and when. I upgraded components on it with the highest of quality. The Akrapovic exhaust is a very rare and wanted exhaust for this vehicle. It is a true sports car and is a beast on the tarmac along with snow.

Efficient and fast in selling me the Hyundai Veloster. I don’t have any complaints about the way they do their business. I only have the best words to say to them and I will recommend them without any reservations. It was an incredible experience from the time that I inquired about the after-sale support. I bought my Mitsubishi eclipse cross es 2023 this spring and put 9000 miles on it. What a great mid size suv for the value. This vehicle far exceeded my expectation, I'm a 4 year trade in person but I believe this one I'll keep for as long as I can. The reviews says it's as reliable as the most expensive one's compared to on the market.

From the finance team, the sales department, the consultant, and the manager, everyone is so professional and ethical in doing their work. I was initially interested in choosing a Honda model. After telling them about my requirements, he provided me a review of other cars that may also suit my preference and is superior in some areas. He gave me enough time to test drive and inspect the car. He never pressured me in buying options that will only spike the cost.

I typically don’t write reviews but you always hear the horror stories about dealerships never the good, to say that car shopping in this economy is scary is an understatement!!! Rich Catalano and his team are a gem a diamond if you will. I went car shopping last weekend for my youngest daughter and I was wrecked. Rich and his associate Chris made us feel comfortable and welcomed. I myself with a past working in the dealership business had my guard up but it honestly was the most amazing experience I ever went through, everything was a conversation amongst friends. Rich welcomed us to the RT46 family and I felt it to be true.. They made my child feel welcomed and like her voice and questions were heard. I will forever only work with the Rt 46 group from here on out and recommend them across the board!!!!!!!!!!!! 5 stars doesn’t do this dealership justice even if you aren’t actively looking for a vehicle pass by say hi to rich and Chris look around with an open mind and come join the family. Gas mileage could use some work. Tech is somewhat outdated but works fine for what I need. Overall a decent buy for those on a budget.

Brought car in for inspection and recall items. Also navigation problem. They were able to resolve all issues in a timely fashion. Also appreciated the Uber back to my home.

Was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Tamir (the car guy) is great, very knowledgeable and up front with you. Mary (the numbers gal) is great at crunching those numbers for getting you the best deal. Even taking a few days working with 3 or four banks to get the right payment to fit that budget. That's why I love this dealership so much and why me and my family has purchase 4 vehicles from them over the past few years. Even with interest rates and cars prices going up and up. Just purchased an SEL touring. So far I love the car. I love the leather seats. Heated steering wheel (only heats up parts of the wheel), panoramic roof, and sound system. Room for improvements would be gas mileage and range so far highest I’ve seen is 26.4. The Heads up display is a bit limited since Mitsubishi used a flip up screen instead of casting it onto the windshield. I find it hard to get it perfect for my level of driving but I do like having the feature. Also, I think the infotainment could use a bit of tweaking. It looks decent but outdated. As others have stated, the 360 camera is blurry but it’s my first car to have one and it’s pretty accurate. Overall I think the cross is about a 6-7 out of 10. It’s not the best small cuv that you can get, but I personally think it’s a good value especially when Mitsubishi offers rebates.

I brought a 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage ES back in 2019 from Jason. The car will finally be paid up by October 2024. This car has never had an issue. Probably 5 flat tires in a 5 year span. I would definitely shop here again. I was in and out, even with poor credit. They work with you.

Although the vehicle is not perfect I have not been in any brand that has.The vehicle is actually stylish and vehicle is comfortable I downloaded the app and to date it does work fine.I have owned the vehicle for 4 months now so only time will tell. I appreciate the 5 year bumper to bumper warranty as well as the 10 yr drive traine warranty which also includes the battery and 2 electric motors

traded my 2021 for a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport limited edition last month. I'm very happy with it. Mitsubishi has made some improvements. bigger screen, leather steering wheel and shifter. I like that I have heated seats and telescoping steering wheel now! and it's 4 wheel drive. helps when I go fishing. 😂 great gas mileage! just needs a little more power under the hood. but for the price and reliability it's very worth it. plus an amazing warranty!

Purchased new in March of 2022. Two and a half years and 20000 miles later still happy, only issues I’ve had are wireless charger doesn’t seem to work right and sometimes the backup cam/parking sensor think I’m parking when coming to a stop light. Otherwise love it

Came back from deployment and was in the market to purchase a vehicle. I was blown away when I took this car for a test drive. It is powerful, has great view, nice luxury feel of the car, nice memory seats (one also for my small wife whenever she needed to drive it). The car is made is Japan and workmanship is noticed. Nice stitching on the seats as well. The extra specs for the SEL made the car feel higher end (heated seats for front and rear seats, heated steering wheel, panoramic roof was awesome!). Mainly used for commuting to work, but if kids needed a ride, they preferred my outlander over the van! There was a recall but got that fixed easily. No other issues with my Outlander that I’ve experienced so far. Happy customer!

I saw an SUV online @ RT46 Mitsubishi in Totowa NJ. that want to see. I saw a salesman named Omar about it. He acted fast told me to take it for test drive. Once I got back we started talking price that I can afford. He was so professional on answering all my questions too, and the management team handled it all themselves too.I felt comfortable since the first walk into the dealer. I was offered coffee and thoutgave out bottles of water.. I'm happy with my Jeep I purchase. I give Onar and his team 5 stars. 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL BLACK EDITION. I bought mines brand new on Nov 2022. So far it had a recall for firmware update. As of now. Almost 15 k miles and no issues. I love all the features and was told ot doesn't have the issues its predecessor had. Mitsubishi invested millions in the 2023 models so hopefully I can get 200k or more miles out of it.

Great first brand new car. I have seen these with 300k+ miles 2022 and 2023 miles. I got max loaded 2024 SEL or GT Premium Model. All wheel control is awesome in snow, I have seen people saying its better or even up to par with Subaru's symmetric AWD.
