I recently visited Granite Run GMC and with worked with Jimmy Tatlon and there are no words to describe how happy I was with the experience. Jimmy was friendly, knowledgeable, patiently answered all my questions. Although, I did not buy the pre-owned car I looked at but instead I am going to buy a new car in a couple months, and I am looking forward to working with Jimmy on the purchase. I just bought his car in June. Unfortunately for me someone hit my right front fender and it was in the body shop for 3 weeks. I love the comfort and how intuitive the interior is. Things are just in the right place. For me the 2020 is the perfect size. I had a DodgeJourney that just didn’t fit int my carport. I can pull this int the parking spot and have plenty of room. I do believe this is the favorite car I have ever bought and it looks sweet.

Great first brand new car. I have seen these with 300k+ miles 2022 and 2023 miles. I got max loaded 2024 SEL or GT Premium Model. All wheel control is awesome in snow, I have seen people saying its better or even up to par with Subaru's symmetric AWD.

With everything going on in this world it was awesome to deal with a dealership that made my family and I feel welcomed and appreciated. Robert D. was very caring and helpful. Feel like I got a great deal on a leftover 2024 Outlander SEL trim with the technology package. My only real complaint is that it could use a bit more power, off the line it’s ok, but when you need it the most it lags. They could swap this out for a more powerful engine or turbo. I definitely will most likely upgrade this to the PHEV model once’s it’s refreshed for 2026. Love the options, the Mi Pilot assist is very responsive and overall I feel safe in the vehicle. Mitsubishi deserves some love for this vehicle!!! So far no issues at all approaching 1600 miles driven.

Gas mileage could use some work. Tech is somewhat outdated but works fine for what I need. Overall a decent buy for those on a budget.

Absolutely love my Mitsubishi Outlander SE. Beautiful Dimond Red and black leather Interior great ride S Active AWD The only down is the lack of horsepower but I didn't buy for a race car but for the warranty and dependability.

Just purchased an SEL touring. So far I love the car. I love the leather seats. Heated steering wheel (only heats up parts of the wheel), panoramic roof, and sound system. Room for improvements would be gas mileage and range so far highest I’ve seen is 26.4. The Heads up display is a bit limited since Mitsubishi used a flip up screen instead of casting it onto the windshield. I find it hard to get it perfect for my level of driving but I do like having the feature. Also, I think the infotainment could use a bit of tweaking. It looks decent but outdated. As others have stated, the 360 camera is blurry but it’s my first car to have one and it’s pretty accurate. Overall I think the cross is about a 6-7 out of 10. It’s not the best small cuv that you can get, but I personally think it’s a good value especially when Mitsubishi offers rebates.

My Car sells nice cars with a excellent price. If you found a car you want from them, just go buy it immediately. Otherwise, others will do it in a next minute. Junior is a easygoing guy. There’s no way you can find other dealer like this around DE area. I enjoyed the entire process with my purchase. Not sure why someone blame on the dealer when they could not purchase a car. Phone call agreement? What the xxxx is that. How about I told them I go purchase their car next year and give them 1 star if they sell it to others. You paid for mechanic to check out the car. That’s your problem. There’s nothing to do with the dealer. The dealer did not receive any money for that. ‘First Come First Serve’ that how you run a business. My Car doesn’t take deposit on any cars, which mean If you really want the car, please make sure you are waiting outside before the dealer opens. That’s how i did on most of my purchase. You and me both knew what’s in the car. Even The dealer markup that car $10k more, it’s still worth it. PS: I was there 3 days before you check out the car. Either way, you are not the first anyway.

A lot of car for a great price. Fun to drive and plenty of room. Also great on gas and low maintenance costs. Get one!

I bought a 2015 OS ES 4wd brand new. Once we had our second child in 2022 we outgrew it. My mom now drives it… it has 180k on it and we literally have NEVER had to do anything more than routine maintenance. We live in MN and this thing rips through the snow. The 4wd is far superior in the snow compared to awd. I bought a 2017 outlander to replace my 2015 Outlander Sport. It also has the 2.4L engine which is why I wanted it. It’s not as fancy on the interior as some vehicles but Anyone that actually drives one of these will tell you how reliable they are. We have a family and live in a suburb so the most important features for us are reliability, safety, fuel economy, and affordability which Mitsubishi hits all the marks!

Traded in my old car - the manager gave a fair price, no games. Noticed they have many new Mitsubishi Outlander and Eclipse Cross models in stock. I’m happy so far, solid quality.
