This was the first time that I've used CarMax... always felt that the "no-haggle" thing was just a grift. It's not. Very fairly priced car in pristine condition. They even transferred it for free. Transaction was relatively quick and painless as well. They were even able to take care of the REAL tags and title there as well. If you do your pricing research, they are most definitely an option. And thankfully there was no sleazy salesman vibe or upwelling. Would gladly use them again. Oh, and they actually FILLED the tank, which USED TO BE commonplace, and I didn't have to ask.

Feel like I got a great deal on a leftover 2024 Outlander SEL trim with the technology package. My only real complaint is that it could use a bit more power, off the line it’s ok, but when you need it the most it lags. They could swap this out for a more powerful engine or turbo. I definitely will most likely upgrade this to the PHEV model once’s it’s refreshed for 2026. Love the options, the Mi Pilot assist is very responsive and overall I feel safe in the vehicle. Mitsubishi deserves some love for this vehicle!!! So far no issues at all approaching 1600 miles driven.

I rcvd excellent customer service. After a recent hospitalization, to receive the level of empathy from Carlos was comforting, although I was experiencing pain and discomfort as I sat waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. Carlos constantly checked on me. It reminded me of how I would constantly check on my patients, as a frontline worker. Even his voice sounded different, There was an added layer of concern and I might add that he always established eye contact, and he waited for a response. All I can say is that Carlos's full demeanor impacted me tremendously. People may not always remember what you do or say...but they WILL remember how you make/made you feel. Carlos is an asset to Darcars, I sure hope you all make him feel he's a valuable employèe.😊

Absolutely love my Mitsubishi Outlander SE. Beautiful Dimond Red and black leather Interior great ride S Active AWD The only down is the lack of horsepower but I didn't buy for a race car but for the warranty and dependability.

The service on my vehicle over the past few years has been supervised by Mr. Boatwright and each time the service was excellent and professional. 2023 outlander SE, now has 6500 miles on it. We bought it mostly because it was the best value, and a relative has one and recommended it. We love it, was concerned about power but it has plenty if not in the fuel saving mode..which got us 36mpg highway. Took awhile to get used to all the safety features, but in short they are great. We’ve used all seven seats a couple of times, the back two are ok for short trips, but that was expected. They fold away nicely. Paint was perfect, it’s some kind of white diamond, looks different depending on sunlight. There are a lot of sw driven options, could be confusing for older non-sw savvy folks. We have only used service for one issue, which turned out to be a user configurable issue (lane encroachment warning). It was working as designed, also the cruise control front vehicle avoidance was a pleasant surprise. Love this vehicle. We live on a pot hole filled dirt road, vehicle taking it well so far. It does have a stiff suspension, noticeable on our dirt road, but fine on paved roads. It is the all wheel drive version, we’ll see how it handles snow soon. Oh, ground clearance is decent, not too low. We do not have the on board guidance system, but can use apple play. Wife would have preferred this option. Another good surprise, it e-mails us notifications of warnings on the dash board, like “low tire pressure”. Cool. One last thing, we very seldom see another one on the road. Odd…this is a great vehicle.

The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I?m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.

This is my third outlander and love them all great mileage with 4 and pep as well The only thing I which it did was start out in ECO get close to 30 mpg and it holds my 150 lb dog with lots of room

I found a really nice car. I was on the fence. I was taken out 4 a second test drive. Everyone was polite. I purchased the vehicle. We had a few hiccups, AK took care of them. I live in MD. It didnt pass inspection here due to the car having modifications. I have notified Prime. I am waiting to see how this plays out.

The mitsubishi Mirage. I have one of these cars. Sure. It's only 78 horsepower sure. I still get on the highway but I let other cars pass by me. I don't try to keep up. It just takes your longer to get somewhere. That's all, but it's an awesome car. Nonetheless, if you want to have a good reliable car that doesn't take a lot of gas regardless of what people say about it, not being that great a car. It has a lot of zip to it and power and easy to park and handle. It's a great. Car. This car is much reliable.And fun to drive

We purchased our Mitsubishi used a year ago and have been quite pleased darting around Los Angeles with this small car. As small as it is, it's quite comfortable, even roomy, inside. Runs well. Highly recommend for older folks like us who don't do a lot of long-range driving.

Just purchased an SEL touring. So far I love the car. I love the leather seats. Heated steering wheel (only heats up parts of the wheel), panoramic roof, and sound system. Room for improvements would be gas mileage and range so far highest I’ve seen is 26.4. The Heads up display is a bit limited since Mitsubishi used a flip up screen instead of casting it onto the windshield. I find it hard to get it perfect for my level of driving but I do like having the feature. Also, I think the infotainment could use a bit of tweaking. It looks decent but outdated. As others have stated, the 360 camera is blurry but it’s my first car to have one and it’s pretty accurate. Overall I think the cross is about a 6-7 out of 10. It’s not the best small cuv that you can get, but I personally think it’s a good value especially when Mitsubishi offers rebates.

This vehicle far exceeded my expectation, I'm a 4 year trade in person but I believe this one I'll keep for as long as I can. The reviews says it's as reliable as the most expensive one's compared to on the market.

This is my second time of owning a Mitsubishi vehicle and so far I'm impress with the outlander. I compared it with the Toyota Rav4 and I personally feel the Mitsubishi Outlander outshine the Rav4.

I bought this used 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander SE in 2014 with about 23,000 miles on it. All 8 years that I’ve had it, with the odometer now at just over 100,000 miles, the only things I had done on it is put in a new set of tires twice and and brake pads replacement/service twice. It has never broken down on me, or required any repair whatsoever in all the 8 years and more than 80,000 miles that I have had it. The on-demand 4-wheel drive feature works great in the snow. It does not have the most powerful engine, but is more than adequate for everyday commuting and has proven to be extremely reliable and sturdy. The brand may not rank well against the more acclaimed ones, but I think I got the year model that turned out to be a gem of a pick. I have owned 3 Toyotas, 2 Hondas, 1 Hyundai, 1 Mazda and 1 Chrysler, and I can rank this Mitsubishi along with the Honda as my best ever in reliability, durability and value.
